Good Points: Very efficient at the Isle of Dogs branch, found a tenant for my property very quickly, had photo on the website in 24 hours.
Bad Points: Poor management.
General comments: I could not extract the deposit or rent from them, despite numerous emails and phone calls. My tenant has been in the property nearly 3 weeks, and still I have not received the lease, deposit or rent.

I was using Tower Property Estate Agents to purchase a flat. I was told that the flat is vacant and it will be a quick sale. The problems started when the estate agent refused to take the property off the market. It took several phone calls and 2 weeks before the property was taken off the market. Then started the problems with the seller's solicitors for some reason they were delaying documents. After 2 months I was told that the seller is in a chain and he can't sell until he has secured a new ...
