Good Points: A very nice looking unit with the face off feature we all expect these days. The display on the front can be backlit red or blue, while you can key in your own message to display on the screen.
Bad Points: Operation is fiddly with too many tiny buttons with lettering o symbols too small to see. Poor bass response, though to be fair this could have been the speakers
General comments: After less than a year this pleasant looking Sendai CD688, though disappointing performer, has ceased to function as a CD player. The radio still works though drifts off statio easily.
A budget unit, but I'd still expect several years of steady operation from it.
