Me and my dad went to stay at Cullinghood School of Riding for two night's but it was so good we then stayed 5 night. You can always have a laugh with them all and there ridding teacher's are the best we hope we can go back.
I would say it is a peace full place were you can relax and chill out the children have so much fun when they help out with the hourses and mushroom there dog is so friendly she will cuddle up to you.
Everything there is great and we didn't want to leave it was that good.

Having moved from another riding school in the area,Cullinghood have been brilliant to improve my daughter's confidence and riding ability.
The staff are friendly, helpful, professional and treat you as a valued customer.
The horses always seem healthy, happy, safe and well turned out.
I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to improve their riding in a friendly and relaxed environment.
Their various schemes and events ensure that whatever your ability or ambition there will be some ...- Read Guest's review (123 words)

I am having lessons at Cullinghood School of Riding and I have found I have learn't more here than I have at other riding schools. I find the staff friendly and the instructors understanding of what I want to achieve. They pick suitable horses for me which always seem in good condition.
I am happy here and would recomend Cullinghood to anyone.- Read horselady678's review (62 words)

Cullinghood School of Riding is an appalling organisation, ponies not "that" well cared for. Shows getting better but stingey rosettes, mini hickstead sounds great til you get there, not a plant in sight, basically a few rustic jumps. Great for young horse tho.

I have never had a lesson at Cullinghood School of Riding, but have done a one day event there.
I found it was a bit of a dissapointment. The XC really wasnt up to expectations, it was in a tiny field, more like showjumping, and you only left the arena for about 4 jumps then came back.
The showjumping was fair, it was a nice, simple course, not quite up to height, but not to small. A couple of fillers but nothing to spooky.
The dressage judge, however, was rude. I know i cant blame Cullinghood ...- Read Guest's review (181 words)

Very friendly, lovely well cared for horses and ponies, the instructors are excellent, good arenas and beautiful hacking.
Horses are not over worked. The staff are welcoming. Good riding facilities. Very safe. The residential flats were clean and cosy.

I've never actually attended any of the lessons at Cullinghood yet, but I have just recently made a phone call to join in the lessons and i am actually VERY excited. As the phone call I made automatically made it seem an interesting and professional place, the member of staff I spoke to made me feel comfortable and treated me with respect now I sure hope it is up to the standards than I am believing it to be.- Read JaydeeBabee's review (94 words)

I love Cullinghood School of Riding, its not for some people, but I have been going there for about 2years now, I stayed there for a while too, and I loved every second. The people are lovely, the horses and ponies are fantastic... I would recommend it any day!
Hacks are fab. Its a laid back yard, but is run really well.
Overall I think it really is a good riding stables!- Read Blah Blah Blah4's review (126 words)

As far as hacking goes - Nice set up, but no good if you are tall and weigh over 12st and looking for anything more exciting than you'd expect from a trekking centre.
Staff were a mixed bunch, but in general quite friendly.- Read ricepops's review (116 words)

Nice, local riding school with great places to go for hacks and a wide variety of hoses/ponies to choose from, i am never put on a horse too big or small for me.- Read Guest's review (54 words)

Lessons run late, are cut short half way by long walks around the grounds, so you pay for 1h but actually work the horse and exercise for half that.
They promise exciting hacks with some canters but the manager leads on a small pony which means that none of the horses can canter. When you express your disappointment you are rudely told off!
Stay away for these unfriendly people. You will certainly not be considered as a customer!- Read fab fab's review (90 words and 3 comments)
