Good Points: Reliable, easy to start and ride, easy to park, brakes work well, very forgiving, fuel efficient, and most of all fun to ride. Great retro look/style.
Bad Points: Accessory rear rack - weld has broken twice. Original mirrors inefficient.
General comments: The Bolwell Bella is a great unisex scooter for both husband and wife to ride.
It is my first scooter and such a fun ride.
The scooter is easy to ride and very forgiving, great acceleration and good braking.
This model was first manufactured in 2004 and is now available in the U.S as the "Buddy".
I have not regretted buying this scooter and would not hesitate to buy another PGO scooter in the future.
