    I have used Auto Union at least six times and through Argus from London. The service has been friendly, polite and generally excellent. The cars good to excellent with good comunication and although the site is a few minutes away from the airport, delivery/pick up has aways been punctual and straight forward. Would definitely recomend!

    I used Economy Car Rental during my vacations in Greek Islands on July 2008. Auto Union gave me the service during my stay in Rhodes and Samos.
    Union Car in Rhodes island charged 15 euros to my VISA after I left the car. The car had no damage and I left the gasoline deposit at 3/8 as agreed. Many e-mails have been sent to know the reason of this charge and I am still wating for the answer.

    We have used Auto Union from Athens airport around 20 times and on the whole have had very good service, the cars have been clean and reliable, and the staff friendly. On the one occasion we did have issues, one phone call and the issue was sorted, we were also refunded 2 days rental off our next hire.

    Although their depot is off-airport Auto-union run a well organised shuttle service to/from their depot. The driver was friendly, knowledgeable and punctual. We arrived mid-evening and he was waiting, the paperwork was completed quickly and he carefully described how to get to our hotel.

    Although not based at Athens Airport their shuttle bus was waiting for us as we cleared customs at 8.30pm for the 5 min. drive to their Depot. And they gave helpful instructions on how to get to our hotel from their depot, and how to find them when returning the car. Warm and friendly staff.

    When I went to pick up the vehicle from Auto Union it looked like a dodgem car it had scratches and dents every where but as they did not have another one or so they said and I would loose my deposit I accepted as long as they marked the dents etc on the contract. It did not run very well and later took it back as the CHECK light had come on the dashboard and the engine was racing, they changed the car for another load of rubbish this time the gearbox was faulty. I have complained to Cartrawler ...
