Just thought I would voice my opinion. I ordered a bench seat pad and I recieved the item the following day which I was very pleased with and great value for money. I am now thinking of buying a hammock set for the summer! Thankyou very much indeed.

Great BBQ at a great price delivered next day. no worries I would buy from alfresia again. My mother also bought some conservatory funriture and this is also top quality stuff... great thanks guys.

I bought a set of bistro funriture. It arrived on time and was good quality. I am writing the review as everything went fine and I found the cast aluminium set that I oculd not find elsewhere. No problems.

Alfresia made us new cushions for our conservatory furniture. I can only say that they are great value and quality, much better than the ones that they replace.
I'm surprised to see that there are so many poor reviews from earlier in the year, but maybe they have improved their service because of this, as I had no problems.

I am not sure if I am writing this review in the correct place. However I bought an overhanging parasol from alfresia after my other one that I had bought locally broke. I bought from Alfresia because they were the cheapest I could find (maybe not the best way to buy things). In this case though cheapest was the best the product was much much better than my other one and for half the price I have given only 4 stars because I dont like giving people 5 stars.. but they do deserve it reommmended.

Dont usually write on these things but had to let everyone know what a great company this is. Recently bought a conservatory suite from them for an excellent price. Arrived really fast and what quality! Excellent! Unfortunately couldn't have my 1st choice of fabric so had to change but I then got a better fabric for no extra charge. Brilliant customer service. They called to tell me when it was coming and then called a couple of days afterwards to make sure I was happy. What more can you as ...

Placed an order with Alfresia for a large BBQ for my husband for Christmas. Had been looking for a while to find the best one I could afford. Checked into the reviews before ordering and was slightly concerned about some of the feedbacks but decided to take the chance as I couldnt find anything similar for the same great price. I bought a new conservatory suite from them it was absolutely brilliant. I called them a few times to discuss before placing order and they then said it would take 21 days. It arrived within 1 week. But the main thing was the quality absolutely top quality british manufactured cushions and upholstery and unbeleivable for the price. I read a couple of reviews after placing the order which concerned me so I rang them but they told me this was because their courier amtrack went out of business and ...

Second purchase from Alfresia and I am pleased to report a problem free second delivery. Ordered a pop up gazebo which arrived within the week in good condition. Product was very easy to use and great value for money. Kept us sheltered from the rain on bonfire night! Well done!

Fantastic Fantastic. I bought a Conservatory suite from these folks because they seemed really inexpensive for what they were selling. It turned out they were the actual manufacturers in the UK!! I received this suite for my grandmother within a few days and it was brilliant quality delivered on time. They even called me to check all was ok. I dont normally write review but these guys deserve it brilliant service brilliant products thankyou.

I purchased 2 cane table with glass tops from alfresia. They arrived in a timely manner although one of tghe glass tops was scratched. I emailled customer services, sent a photo as requested and a few days later received a new glass top. The only reason for not giving 5 stars for overall rating was because the top was scratched. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Disgraceful

1 This is the worst online delivery service i have ever experienced!!

They apparently delivered my parcel to one of my many neighbours which one specifically they couldn't recall which I found very convenient. When I complained they said they would send another one out, a month later i was still waiting. After my insisting on a refund they ensured me they would process it that day yet another month later i am still waiting have left several messages with a manager to contact me and ...

Don't touch Alfresia with a barge pole! Ordered a bbq mid April and received half of it a few days later. Couldn't contact them by phone. After a month they finally responded to email and offered to refund or re-deliver. One month later and still nothing. Sent further email with wording advised from Consumer Direct to which they immediately responded, again saying they would despatch immediately. Still nothing. Finally sent recorded delivery letter again with wording advised by Consumer Direct ...

I ordered a patio fire pit from Alfresia, to arrive in good time for my other half's Birthday. The payment went through my account. When the item didn't arrive I emailed Alfresia. No response. The next day I called and left a message on the anwerphone and again the day after - no repsonse. In the end, I tried calling them every 10 minutes or so and after about 10 attempts the phone was picked up and then promptly put back down again. I sent a second, slightly 'blunt' email - no repsonse. ...

Great product from Alfresia. Garden table, chairs, parasol and cushions. Spoke to customer service on second attempt after reading bad feedback. Male employee very up to date with order and negative feedback. Order placed on Mon, Thurs/Fri given as delivery date, items arrived Thursday. ;-)

ok people . have had rubbish service and unsaleable quality items delivered . this has been in the hands of my credit card company and requires the items to be returned . of course no return address available . but in the how to order section there is an address in rochdale supplied . add in the info from this reviewI ordered a portable BBQ costing £107.99 with free delivery from Alfresia!! Ok update time on original review! I have now recieved all the goods i ordered! I must admit its been a struggle but i did have no problems contacting Alfresia, Infact they were very apolgetic with the delay,and even phoned me back with updates, but i agree they should either inform on their website that its not 4 days delivery more like 4 weeks! ALRESIA.CO. took money out of my account on 9th June it is now 22nd June 2009 and the goods have not been delivered. They are telling me that the goods were delivered on 9th June 2009 at 9a.m. by xdp couriers and signed for Lai. I was in the house at this time and the goods never arrived. They do not appear to be at all bothered as far as they are concerned the goods have left them and they are not interested in satisfying customers
