I wanted to share my excellent expereince with the Customer Service Team at Alfresia - on lady in particular - Keri who when I placed my order could not have been more helpful and was understanding to my need to receive the order by a certain day as it was a birthday present. When there was a problem in the fact that only 1 item arrived instead of 2 she was quick to recify within my timescales. I was very refreshing. Thank you. (read more)

I was very pleased with my purchase and it was a pleasure to deal with such helpful and friendly staff. a suggestion for the website however would be to improve the quality of the photos for the cushion fabric choices as the colours and patterns are not very distinct. (read more)

The sun lounger cover I ordered in the sale over Christmas I expected to be delivered in 5 working days. I realise it was Christmas but The item took 3 weeks to be dispatched and I had to phone to chase it. On its arrival it was well packaged but again I was surprised to see it had a label showing it was made for Home base! (read more)

I brought the bbq, and part of it was bent, some of it had rust on it, and everytime I have tried communicating with Alfesia, they asked for photos which I kept sending, though they never respond to say they have received, bar a few time saying nothing was received. I even sent each photo indivually and since then I have heard nothing back I would never buy from them again, I basically brought a bbq I would not even buy at half the price if I new it was seconds... I am well pleased with the courteous and efficient attention I received from Keri Hughes at Alfresia following a problem with some swing seat cushions purchased earlier in the year. After consultation with the manufacturers, who identified the problem as being caused by a faulty batch of material, I have to-day received replacement cushions without further ado. Although we purchased these in January, we only unpacked them 10 days ago upon arrivival in our new home in Portugal. One of the recliner chairs completely collapsed when my wife went to stand up from it. Upon inspection I noticed there were no screws through the aluminium frame into the plastic sockets that hold the chairs together. I am very pleased with the quality of the 2 Hardwood Steamer Chairs that I ordered, which are excellent value for money. I always thought that something of that quality was out of my price range. I have bought around 20 parasols and cushion sets from alfresia to use in my pub garden. These have lasted all season and seem really strong and well made which is important as my customers sometimes can be a bit rough handed. “wooden garden furnture set”

Delivery was quick and set is not very good quality. Chairs shows cracks already and legs bread at bottom from pulling in and out under table. Set is not even 6 months old and only been used for 3 months as did not put it together until Summer. Thank goodness we bought it on a sale as I would have been very disappointed if I paid the full price. (read more)

I ordered a gazebo over a weekend--delivery was on the Monday immediately following, There was a small hole in the canopy--I sent a photo of this to Alfresia--an immediate response offered me apologies plus either a rebate or replacement. I preferred the latter, and this was delivered within the next day. I have had,I consider, extremely good service from this firm-no questions or quibbles, and very fast response. “Cooks very well but very messy.”

We purchased two fire mountain BBQs this year and we are pleased with them but for one glaring fault, that is when cooking, the tray under the burners is a very poor design and in concequence the fat and juices produced are not all held in the tray and some run down the back of the BBQ and on to the floor. You can correct this with some well placed kitchen foil and heat resistant silicon sealer to seal up the cracks, we had no response from Alfresia when we complained. Sounds as though we...
