    DO NOT UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE ORDER FROM THIS SITE IF YOU WANT QUALITY FLOWERS DELIVERED ON TIME...

    Have recently purchased (1o dec) a deluxe bouquet from this place all though I agree the order was placed at 2100 i felt confident the flowers would be delivered next day as i had requested. They day not arrive the next day or day after ...in fact i wonder had i not chased them this morning they would have arrived at all!!! (ordered thursday delivered tuesday!). Upon reciept of these flowers my mother found most of them to be dead a dirty tissue also placed in the box (not the birthday gift i had anticipated for my mother)..I called to complain and askfor a refund and was told that it was not possible !!! 100% satisfaction their website guarantees. Customer service staff were rude and not sympathetic at all..and when mentioned about other reviews i had read was told they had all been placed by the same people..i feel cheated and frustrated the delay i was told was down to Royal mail convienint eh?..Please do not buy from these people if you want 100% guarnteed satisfaction..

    Horrible!!!
    Do not use, flowers arrived late and in terrible condition. Impossible to get through to anyone. You'd be better off getting a bouquet from a garage forecourt than these jokers.

    I order flowers for my step-mums birthday (11.11.09) when they didn't arrive I sent four e-mails and called the number from the website several times but had no response. I was soooo angry, what is the point of stating next day delivery if they cannot deliver !

    YES ,THATS TRUE THEY TOOK MY MONEY MADE IT TWICE FOR ME , FIRST TIME WAS LAST YEAR , AND NOW , I PLACED AN ORDER FOR ROSES AND CHOCOLATE BOX TO BE DELIVERD TO UK .

    BUT NOTING DELIVERD , I EMAILD THEM MANY TIME TO INQUIRE BUT NO REPLHY , I HAVE TO DO MANY INTERNATIONAL CALL TO THIER OFFICE TO CHECK , THEIR GUY TOLD GIVE ME THE CARRIOR COMPANY TELEPHONE NUMBER AND MY SHIPPMENT NUBMER TO CALL AND CHECK BY MYSELF.

    This company is to be avoided at all costs.

    Flowers ordered never arrived - excuse was delivery refused due to damage. This turned out to be false flowers NEVER arrived. On complaining, customer services hung up twice but eventually received phone number for the Supervisor who promised to send a larger bunch of flowers than ordered.     I placed an order with Flowers for all occasions and it was terrible. Flowers were late and they look like dead cheap flowers.. I could have gone to Tesco and get better flowers for half of what i paid. The card that was sent along with the flowers was hand written and my two year old boy has a better hand writting.     Placed an order online, money taken from credit card, delivery date confirmed via a short email, however nothing appeared on the confirmed birthday/delivery date.     I ordered some flowers from flowers for all occasions in May last year they turned up in June after a request for same day delivery. I have complained several times since and heard nothing in response. Every time I have phoned they did not answer. I have since complained to watchdog and urge all to do the same!

    I bought my fiance a bunch of flowers from Flowers For All Occasions in May 2008 having received them in June 2008 after requesting same day delivery I was a bit chocked especially after paying increased prices for delivery. Having contacted them several times and being fobbed off with excuse after excuse I am still awaiting refund of £21.84 I think the customer service is terrible.

    Flowers For All Occasions advertise next day delivery but don't say clearly that they don't delver on Mondays unless you read the very small print. Terrible service. rude customer complaints team who put the phone down on me. Avoid at all costs!!!

    I ordered flowers for my wifes birthday from Flowers For All Occasions UK. They were ordered for a Friday, but were actually delivered on the Thursday when nobody was available to pick them up. They were sent to the Royal mail depot. When we actually got them we found them to be wrapped in wet tissue paper, which meant they were virtually dead by the time we put them in a vase.     I ordered an orchid for my Mother in laws birthday and when it arrived (delivered by Royal Mail, why?) it was dead and crushed. She immediately phoned them to tell them what had happened and they offered to replace it with a bunch of tulips...not really comparable!! She said no and that she would just like the money refunding to the sender, myself. They said I would have to call which I did.     I ordered my Mother's Day flowers from Ireland from Flowers For All Occasions to be delivered in the UK. Well done - she immediately phoned me and was over the moon!!! They were delivered dead on time - the flowers had been beautifully packed and some of them were so fresh they have yet to "bloom".     this is the worst experience I have had with an online provider. Flowers For All Occasions seems badly run with zero customer service. The 100% satisfaction guarantee is laughable as if you're not satisfied, they come up with every excuse in the book and don't do anything about it...

    I ordered a bunch of flowers for the love of my life on a Monday morning with same day delivery. This was incredibly important as she left on a flight to Australia early the next morning. No delivery! Nothing!! She flew out to Australia none the wiser. I couldn't believe it!

    Whilst I was pleased with the delivery of the flowers, I was a little disappointed that there were no 'free chocolates' as advertised. Had I known that this was going to be the case, I would have ordered the flowers and chocolates combo in the first place! I don't anticipate using this company again.
