  Good Points: Very good service. I was sitting in the CAB in Bournemouth and the wait for a debt adviser was about 2 hours. Then I looked on the wall and I saw a poster for The UK Insolvency Helpline. I phoned the number 0800 074 6918 and I was talking to debt adviser straight away. They are looking at an IVA for me.

  Bad Points: I needed a list of my debts at hand.

  General comments: They offer a very good, free service at the UK Insolvency Helpline.
