    Ordered and paid a pair of sunglasses who should be in stock. Sunglasses Italy didn't have them - offered another pair or cancellation of the transaction. Did go for the last option - haven't heard from the company since - have tried to mail them and call them several times - doesn't speak english when it's a complaint.

    I bought 2 sunglasses from SUNGLASSES ITALY one month ago, I didnt receive until now, and the package got back to them because it arrived empty. They dont answer to my e-mail, dont answer the phone, dont refund, and the TESTIMONIALS on the website are only the good ones, they dont put the bad ones.
    how can I get my money back ? I used paypal

    Tried to exchange sunglasses from Sunglasses Italy because I ordered the wrong ones. They seemed very unresponsive and said that they would charge me a restocking fee according to their policy. Their policy actually makes a distinction between exchanges and refunds and says they charge a 'small 12%' restocking fee only for returns. Instead of carrying out the exchange, they made it a return, which made me think this was so they could keep the restocking fee. Not only that, but they actually ...

    When I tried to return my glasses I was struggling to get my money back. In my experience, don't bother trying to contact them because they didn't respond. My advice is to get a lawyer and file a lawsuit against them if you have problems getting a refund. Would never buy from them again

    I also paid for my sunglasses and received an email that the sunglasses are not in stock. They asked if I wanted a refund and cancel my order. So I said I wanted the refund asap. It has been a week now and no response as of yet.

    I'm not pleased with Sunglasses Italy! I bought a pair of glasses and returned them because I didn't like the color. They were very responsive during the whole return process but after I sent them back, no refund, no answers to my emails, their phone number doesn't seem to work?

    I payed for the sunglasses from Sunglasses Italy, and after 5 days received an e-mail that said they don't have them in stock, but that they'll get them soon. It's been 6 weeks and no sunglasses yet. If I get them, I'll let you know. I feel it's simply not a professional way to do business and if you don't have something you shouldn't sell it.
