I made a purchase on this website because the glasses were really cheap, then i started wondering how could they be, so i googled "sunglasses-it fraud" got on this website and started reading bad comments, started freaking out and sending angry emails to the website owner. Thing is it takes a couple of days to make these glasses or get them from the original factory, thats why it takes time for them to mail it. When I tried to follow the return process they did not respond to emails or phone calls. I mailed the sunglasses to the address on the website and the glasses came back to me as incorrect address. This is similar to my experience. They are an absolute nightmare company to deal with. I can only presume that they are a mony laundering company for the Mafia or similar. Don't have anything to do with them as they are a total nighmare to deal with. By all means buy your glasses on the internet but do so from a reputable company, of which SunglassesItaly are not one. BE WARNED AND BUY FROM THEM AT YOUR PERIL!!!

Tried to exchange sunglasses from Sunglasses Italy because I ordered the wrong ones. They seemed very unresponsive and said that they would charge me a restocking fee according to their policy. Their policy actually makes a distinction between exchanges and refunds and says they charge a 'small 12%' restocking fee only for returns. When I tried to return my glasses I was struggling to get my money back. In my experience, don't bother trying to contact them because they didn't respond. My advice is to get a lawyer and file a lawsuit against them if you have problems getting a refund. Would never buy from them again (read more)

Some of the complain in this site are from people that try to purchase with stolen credit card and when we do not ship they start placing bad review all over. We try our best to ship as soon as we can, we sell what is in production in this moment, no last year, so we have to get them from manufacturers in Italy. Some styles are always in very high demand worldwide and manufactyurers can not keep production. We sell very expensive items, to keep the hipe on sometimes manufacturers do not supply goods enought. We sell the new fashion, not updated items like 90% of sites in the web. Thanks a lot again for your post, you made my day.
