Good Points: Price

Bad Points: Order processing and shipping is very slow

General comments: Processing and shipping is painfully slow from Best Buy Eyeglasses. My initial order took over two weeks. Unfortunately, I had to return the glasses and order a replacement pair. After receipt of my return nine days ago, the replacement still has not shipped.

My advice is not to buy frames from Best Buy Eyeglasses. One of the worst customer service. They gave me the run around. I had to be on the phone for an hour to get a refund on return shipping when I returned frames that were the wrong color. A mistake they made. I will never shop here again. The worst experience.

This company provided the single WORST online (or otherwise) purchasing experience of my entire life. I ordered a pair of sunglasses from them on May 16th, for ten dollars more than a competitior--a competitor that did not offer expediated shipping--because I needed the frames fast; I paid an additional $17.00 shipping fee (so basically I was in the hole for $30.00, just to get the frames in time for a vacation).
