Good Points: Help yourself all day buffet. Massive choice from Chinese curry to the usual suspects (battered things, noodle dishes, beef / pork / chicken in various sauces from crispy beef to chicken in black bean sauce etc etc. Also deserts (help yourself) and fruit. The whole thing is eat as much as you want.

Bad Points: As much as you want to spend the day there, and invariably you end up eating too quickly and often out within an hour.

General comments: It's worth planning your meal if you go to a China China restaurant. Have little portions, slowly - don't pile up your plate, as you'll just end up too full too soon. Sunday afternoons are best - take a paper and really chill out. The staff don't hastle you, and as long as you leave before 3:30, your meal, irregardless of what you've eaten comes in at under £6!

It's great for kids too - under 3's are FREE and older kids are HALF PRICE. A family of four with drinks can stagger out for under £25, and you won't need tea either!

Worth a try - plenty of choice, food constantly being topped up - just chill, sit back and nibble, don't scoff!
