    I had ordered for a cake and 12 roses from All India Florist. I even sent a mail and got a confirmation from thei end that the delivery will be done as per the mentioned time. But to my shock they haven't delivered yet. The customer support number proveded on the website is also of no use as no one bothers to attend the call.

    I was shocked to see so many bad reviews on a website I have been using for a few years now. I have placed more than 20 orders through www.allindiaflorist.com and their service has been appreciable. You guys have just had some bad luck. I have tried lots of other websites over the years as I keep sending gifts back home. Some websites took my money and never delivered the item.     I talked to All India Florist on phone before placing order and they said that they will send someone to send flowers. And on the day of anniversery, I got this message:We don't have service to Hansi, charges will be cancelled.

    I am completely dissappointed with the All India Florist service. The flowers are not delivered at all Mothers day. And even they are not reachable over phone.

    My friends birthday was on 3sep and I ordered a cake but till 4th they havn't yet received it, but amount was deducted from my account with no delivery as far as I am aware? In their website they mentioned 100% surety of delivering same day but no such surety is implemented it seems. I now cant seem to find a phone number to contact them on or even an address?!
    Therefore I do not recommend allindiaflorist.com.

    I am in the US presently and had sent flowers and a cake for my mother in India on her b'day. But, to my disappointment they didnt deliver and worse of it all they still havent even cared to reply back to my mails (3 of them actually). Now I want to know as to whether will I be getting my money back and can I press any legal charges? Pls do let me know....

    So here 's the ordeal in my case. Their website had "Delivery guaranteed for valentine's Day". Personally feel there is flashing all over their site. I ordered 12 roses, and surprise I have not yet had nothing delivered on the 14th as far as I am concerned. Called them up, it took too many tries for me before someone actually picked their phone. A lady picked up, and after about 30 minutes of investigating, she told me your order was stuck at mumbai and not yet sent to out New delhi office, like ...

    The worst Home and Gardening website I have so far personally used. I had ordered a bouquet and dry fruits for my father on his birthday, which happened to be on a Sunday and had given specific instructions to deliver it in the morning.
    My father stayed at home all day waiting for the gift and they arrived at 5pm. The person who came home to deliver the items said that he was doing a "favour" by delivering the items on a Sunday. Remember they say this after charging me for the whole thing as far ...

    I have used this online site to order flowers on three different occasions - only to be disappointed every time.
    I should have learned from the bad experience from the first two times but the low prices on the site made me try it once more. Big Mistake!
    From my experience, I have found out that All India Florist can never deliver the flowers on time. The last time I ordered flowers was on mother's day and they falied to deliver it at all but they did not forget to charge me. Moreover, my nume ...
