Good Points: Good quality vacuum cleaner with top service guarantee (known from previous Dysons owned) bagless clear (as all Dysons).

    Bad Points: A bit noisy.

General comments: The DC14 is an excellent cleaner and bearing in mind you can probably buy three of these against one miele cat & dog, (thats 3 x 5 year) 15 years warranty.

With 2 dogs (active springer spaniels) I bought this to replace my ancient but wonderful Vorwerk vacuum. It has been the biggest disappointment of all my household purchases over 40+ years, and I would never buy Dyson again.
Have since bought a Miele Cat and Dog TT5000 which I am happy with, despite it not being bagless
