    I shop at the Heathrow and Addlestone stores and find the quality of service to be exceptional. All the staff I have encountered have been very friendly and helpful, and all have an excellent knowledge of all the products and animals. I also find useful the fact that if they don't have something in stock that you want, they order it in for you without fuss within a week.

    Overall really good stores. Cant fault the staffs knowledge, particularly the staff working with the reptiles who all appear to be very well trained in this area, and can, and have spoken to me for ages about certain species! Equally, the range and quality of products is very good. In general, a very happy customer and would advise a trip to your nearest Funky Fish Aquatics store as soon as possible!

    They talk as if they know about their animals (i have bought several reptiles from them) but after doing further research i have found on several occasions that the information they have given me seemed completely incorrect! On one occasion they said it is good to keep 2 iguana's together. i later found out that it is very harmful to their health to do this as they are very territorial which can cause them to fight or stress each other out!

    Overall, not happy.

    I shop at the Heathrow store which has been taken over by a new manager who has started to take hold of the marines and is vastly improving quality, price and selection. The store is keept clean and tidy.

    Well worth a look. They can get anything you need inside a week normally.

    These guys seem to have some nice traditional retailing values and it seems to work very well for them and their clients.
    Every time I visit the stores there is always interesting new products that I haven't seen elsewhere.
    Their livestock is of excellent quality.
    All their stores are generally well stocked and most of the time they have what I need.
    Nice guys to do business with.

    Funky Fish (branches both in Shepperton and Heathrow) are well established aquatic retailers. Catering for both indoor and outdoor aquatics, they have everything you should need. If they don't, they will get it for you. Pump repairs, good advice and 7 day service. Funky Fish also run an aquarium maintenance service where they will come to your home and install and/or maintain your aquarium for you, either on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis.
