good life windows more like good luck windows what a bunch of amateurs after agreeing a price with the sales manager and signing a contract and paying a deposit the next thing that was supposed to happen was a surveyor would come to measure up what a laugh two fitters came after which i recieved a phone call to tell me that they were declining the contract as they could not do it for the agreed price
i had some other work done to prepare for the windows to be fitted which cost me £58 and took a day off work for the surveyor to allow him access when i asked about re-imbursment they said no chance.
steer clear of this company and look at other reviews

I bought some windows from Goodlife in 2002. They supposedly carried a 10 -year guarantee, but now the locking mechansm on one of them has failed, they claim that the present company is not the same one that existed in 2002, so My guarantee is invalid ! Convenient, hey ?

The initial install was clean and timely. Unfortunately, the after sales service from Goodlife Windows was appalling. My conservatory developed a leak, and the first point of contact was unhelpful.
The fitters sent to remedy the problem were useless, and despite 3 attempts they could not fix the problem. I ended up getting in a competent company via Network Veka to fix the problem, which they did on their first visit.
