Good Points: Great add-on mods for osCommerce eshops. I especially find the Quick Updater a major asset to my company

General comments: I started dealing with Concept Laboratory about a month ago. I own 2 eshops selling pet supplies on the web and they both use osCommerce Shopping Carts. Originally I was a bit sceptical as to how much benefit my eshops would gain from using these plug ins, but I needed to find ways to better control the information on my sites without taking hours to change data. I decided to try out the quick updater on one of my eshops first since it came with a 30 day money back warranty. Honestly I felt I would probably be requesting a refund before the 30 days was up, however this was far from what I experienced. Almost immediately after using the quick updater for the first time I was able to see the positive of the product and right away ordered a copy for my second domain. I highly recommend this product and these guys to anyone with an osCommerce shopping cart. Customer service has always been prompt and friendly, and the add-ons really do what they say they will do.
