“Avoid this place!!”

The food arrived very quickly, but was at best average. The Pepsi from tap was flat, the Pau Bhaji arrived with a full bowl of sauce but one roll for four people. When queried with waiter he became argumentative and said we could buy extra rolls, then would'nt take it off the bill. The Manager could not even be bothered to talk to his customers and kept sending the waiter. I have to say, living in Leicester I am no stranger to Indian food. I went to Indigo on the recommendation of a friend, and I was not disappointed. Whilst I am a confirmed meat eater and this is vegetarian, the food was fantastic. It is the best Indian I have ever eaten! There were four of us, and the food bill was £38. We asked the waiter to recommend the dishes, and they complemented each other really well. Most of the clients were Indian, which I think speaks for itself. (read more)
