General comments: I got the KSC M93R II whilst in Italy about a year ago, and I can safely say that it's the most expensive souvenir I've ever bought at 195 euros all in.
I haven't used it a great deal since - although this is more down to me moving up to better things than the fault of the gun.
Ok, so what's it like to fire? In a word - satisfying. The blowback is crisp and has some power behind it, giving the feel of some kick to the gun. I also really like the 3 shot burst mode, which enables you to fire 3 rounds with a tap of the trigger - much like on the real M16 rifles. This is the best way of using the pistol and is a perfect compromise between increasing your hitting power and reserving ammunition - because on full automatic this gun will guzzle your 38 rounds within a couple of seconds. The fold down handle in front of the trigger guard is also a good feature - I like to call this the "action handle".
Looks - the M93R II looks the part, and I believe it to be almost an exact replica (on the outside) of the real thing. There are a fair few plastic parts that annoy me - namely the top slide - but a metal one can be purchased at extra cost ... I think.
The build quality - KSC have used metal parts where they have to, but plastic where they don't. This does help to keep the weight down, and actually isn't much of an issue as long as everything works. I found that the magazine weighs about as much as the gun itself - because it's all metal - presumably because it holds the gas, or maybe because it adds weight to the pistol when inserted into the grip, giving it more heft. Picking the gun up and feeling it in your hands, unless you're an expert you wouldn't know that this isn't the real thing as this only becomes obvious when inspecting the magazine or pulling the top slide back.
Final thoughts on the M93R II then - it's a good airsoft gun, and brings everything to the table that you'd expect it to. The blowback, as with all KSC guns, is short, sharp and crisp - which all adds to the realism.
And by the way, don't buy this gun for any kind of target shooting. Whilst it can rip through a Coke can and shread it to pieces, it's not very accurate - this is all obvious stuff really.
