I love having a website but promptly flounder when things go wrong. Not any more - just a quick email to Native Space sorts out any problems super fast. They get the job done, keep me in touch and follow up quickly and efficiently, checking that I'm totally happy with the resolution. I feel like my website is in very good hands and I would fully recommend Native Space for prompt service and customer support.

I run my own business and I am a one man band so I have to do everything myself. I struggle with the computing side of things and have had to ask some really dumb questions. Native space are always extremely patient an friendly and reply very quickly with clear instructions. Never have they made me feel stupid for being so computer illiterate. I have been with Nativespace since 2002, following a recommendation, and I have a multi-domain package. I have always been impressed by how quickly the staff respond to and resolve issues. They are always courteous, professional, and above all patient, and explain clearly what the issues are and, where necessary, what action I need to take. They also go the extra mile. For example, when I wanted to install Joomla 2.5 on a new server, before Joomla 2.5 was available for automatic installation from cPanel, they offered to install it for me. With the advent of their new web site, it is clear that they are constantly striving to improve the services they offer. I am a very satisfied customer and would recommend Nativespace to anyone.

“The Best UK hosting company”

I run a web marketing agency and have been using a reseller hosting account with Nativespace for nearly 6 years. In all that time I think that my hosting has gone down once. Whilst Nativespace aren't the cheapest hosting company they do have the absolute best support staff. The support team are around 24/7 and have got me out of fix many times in the small hours! Their admin panels are easy to use making administering my domains a breeze and CPanel is included as standard. I use and would recommend Nativespace to others.

“Nobody Does it Better”

I entered the computer industry in 1969 and worked as a Data Control Manager. In those days we used LEO III and IBM 1200 systems. Ever since I have owned various PCs making sure I always kept up to date with new developments. I left employment in 1979 to start my own business and I am still self employed within the industry today. During that journey I experienced other support teams in a variety of fields. I can assure you none of them were or are even remotely as efficient as Nativespace. They have never failed to help and never failed to resolve a problem within a very short space of time. As far as I am concerned,they are, without doubt, the most friendly, efficient team in existence and I am very pleased to say they are UK based. Nativespace services allow you to start small and grow big, paying for what you need at a given point in time. A complete realiable package designed for your needs. We have been with Nativespace since 2008 and have been impressed by the service. We use it to host approximately 30 client websites and mini-sites and have found the administration of the sites nice and straightforward. I was initially concerned that the help centre was email rather than phone but this has proved not to be a problem. Issues are usually addressed within a few minutes and the Nativespace help staff more often have fixed the issue by the time they respond. I would not hesitate ti recommend the service to clients and they offer good packages for SMEs.

I've been with Nativespace since 2004 and find both the products and service really good. I love the cPanel and have used this to set up websites for several of my clients. Everything can be done online, and on the rare occurrence that you do need to raise a support ticket, you get a response normally within 20-30 minutes - even at weekends or in the evening. Normally they can provide an instant solution and on the few occasions when they could not they gave me a clear indication of the timeline to expect a solution. I would happily recommend for any small business owner.

As a complete website novice I can highly recommend Nativespace. They answered all my questions thoroughly before I signed up, then talked me through transferring my site to their servers, then when I had a serious problem with my site they spent a long time fixing it for me. Each time I have contacted them they have taken the time to answer all my (I expect sometimes stupid) questions, and to explain their instructions or what I had done wrong in words that I could understand. The price seems very reasonable for the service I have received so far.

I have been a client for over 6 years and my IT knowledge is poor so I rely on support and back up when things happen I do not understand, not that anything has gone wrong I just need advise and I get the advice and response I need. Everything always works like a dream and if I get stuck I just give them a call or email and hey presto... “Nativespace - Quality Web hosting”

I came across this site and saw a few mixed reviews, so thought I would add my two peneth! I have been with Nativespace for probably 7+ years. They were first recommended to me from a friend. I have a reseller account with them that hosts other websites. Over the years i have essentially stuck with them, as I always err on worst cases scenario with webspace, if your site goes down or falls to bits, you want communication with the server people ASAP and for them to help you out ASAP. In my experience, this has always happened for me. When I have submitted a ticket in the past to them, they have responded within a few hours, night or day and come back with an answer. Just recently, I had two sites hacked and code injected thoughout two different CMS systems. I submitted a ticket to Nativespace and they basically, re-installed the sites from previous backups and advised me on how to better secure the sites. I know I would never get that level of service from free or ultra cheap webspace. I have treid many over the years and although many are cheaper, you get in no way the same level of support. As long as you outline your complete problem and are polite, in general they respond the same! Also, being in the UK, I know i could in theory go visit them, the servers UK based, so better for SEO and with all webspace, you need to have the piece of mind there is someone there to look after you when things go wrong. I am happy with their service and feel i am looked after very well. This is worth paying a little more for, as the alternatives of very cheap webspace is that when things go wrong on a website, there is no one willing to help you. The above example could have cost me loads in time and money to get the sites working again, but Nativespace helped me out for free as part of the service. Can't argue with that. Sorry if this sounds a little slushy in parts, but when you have experienced both sides of the coin when it comes to server support (i have had weeks of no communication with other providers and it cost time and money), its a good feeling to have people who you know look after you.

I have hosted all my websites with NativeSpace since 2009 - first with the basic package, then with the Multi package, and now on a NativeSpace Virtual Server. Throughout my time with NativeSpace, I've found their service to be exemplary. Response times to tickets is speedy, and all my queries and problems have also been resolved professionally and quickly. Uptime is also superb - 100% since in the last six months since I went with their Virtual Server. Couldn't be happier.

I've never been a writer, but only a reader of reviews like these. But I just feel compelled to write one about this company. We have been with Nativespace for over three years now and they are simply faultless.

Their quality of customer service never ceases to astonish me. Whatever the problem at whatever time of the day or night, help is offered within minutes!

I literally cannot recommend this company highly enough. For as long as I'm on the internet I will be hosting with Nativespace!!!

Absolutely fantastic hosting company. I was with Xcalibre for over ten years, they were bought out by Webfusion (see other review).

I needed a new company and Nativespace were recommended, I am glad I was made aware of them. They brought me straight back to the good old days with Xcalibre.

Loads of Control over hosting and domains, quickly answered support questions, fast reliable service, everything just works!

Cannot recommend them enough.

“I've experienced well over a dozen shared hosting...”

I've experienced well over a dozen shared hosting companies and i would rate Native Space as easily the best. The nature of shared hosting is simply that there will always be some downtime so that is unavoidable. The key is how much down time their is and in my experience Native are very good.

They did have one major series of issues last spring (2010) lasting a few weeks which had me very worried. But to be fair they worked hard to sort it and kept me up to date on everything. I then received a personal phone call from the MD to explain what had happened. I'm not going to begrudge any company making mistakes so long as they are honest about it and follow up with an explanation. I have suffered similar things with various companies, including 1and1 and heartinternet, and been made to feel I was this issue not them.


Aside from up time two of the other essentials of a good host are:
- do they overload their servers (so you get slow delivery): Native don't
- and how responsive are they to any issues: Native are very quick.

I think it's a shame that this company has scored so low on a couple of the reviews. I really don't think it is representative.

My experience of nativespace has been very positive. I'd highly recommended them because they have provided me with reliable hosting for shared and dedicated accounts for several years. All ISP's have their problems, but Nativespace normally respond and fix any issues very quickly, especially compared to other ISP's I've used. Regarding the points made below - yes the security settings are pretty tight, so you need to warn users that they'll get locked out if they continually enter invalid passwords, but in my experience this isn't a bad thing and only really affects users logging into cpanel / administering sites (and you do have a few chances to get it right before being locked out!) Regarding downtime, we've not experienced anything out of the ordinary, and have quite a few sites, so surprised about that comment (definitely not a problem with a local connection?!)

I've had my site hosted with nativespace for about 6 months now so thought I'd share my findings. I've persuaded a lot of my friends and business associates to do the same as I've only ever had a positive experience using this hosting company. In terms of both uptime, response times of my site, speed of response to technical queries, and a personal approach, I haven't heard of anyone doing more to help their customers. A rare thing in these automated days. Hopefully long may this continue.
