Wish to share my thoughts about the support from Nativespace. On each and every single occasion I have contacted them regarding the hosting they provide us with I have received excellent and very prompt responses, assistance and answers to problems. They have never failed to sort out any problem I have had. I would certainly recommend them.

We moved to nativespace in 2012 due to their competitive pricing, great presentation and we felt they were the ideal match for our web developer's creativity. The support was quick and helpful when it came to setting up new email accounts and guiding our web developer through the cPanel and database setup for the website We were very impressed with the prices for SSL which we needed for our new Facebook canvas page, and so this was a big USP for nativespace. Nativespace worked with our web developer to install and setup the SSL for us on the server, going above and beyond what many companies would do. Due to audience development, marketing and improved film programming we have seen a huge increase in traffic this year, and when needed nativespace have supported us and upped our bandwidth usage accordingly.

Been using these guys for years now and even though there are issues that crop up, they always sort it very quickly. There communication is the best I've come across. And They also go the extra mile.

We all know that there are times when things go wrong with websites. Sometimes it's the developers fault, sometimes the clients and sometimes the hosting company. I have always found NativeSpace support to be fast helpful and on the ball - even with the really tricky stuff! I like using the cPanel environment especially, as a reseller, I can hop around from client to client all without leaving cPanel. New accounts are set up straight away and DNS changes are fast. So I can get a new client up and running within a day or two.

I read with interest some of the negative reviews posted about Nativespace so I thought, as a long-term customer of theirs, I should pitch in with my experiences. We are a web design company and use a variety of hosting service providers (as a result of business mergers and retained for risk-management reasons). Our major provider has been Nativespace since 2005 and, in my view, the service they provide is far better than the other hosting companies that we use (and with whom we also have considerable experience). The servers run well and are stable, cPanel access is provided within the very reasonable hosting costs and management of billing, upgrades etc is easy to manage on-line. There are occasional problems with server speed, as is only to be expected on a shared server (if you don't want this, get a dedicated box and pay the difference!!), but their technical support response is invariably swift, courteous and issues are rapidly solved. The support team frequently performs tasks to assist us that go beyond the normal remit of a hosting support service and they do a great job of keeping the 80+ sites we have with them up and running. Compared to our other providers, where we don't get cPanel/WMHost, who provide poor support responses and seem to run into capacity problems every three months, Nativespace are streets ahead in service and performance, at highly competitive rates. We will continue to use and recommend them.

Have been using Native Space for the last 7 months or so. Really good service, never had any problems with downtime etc. and they usually get back to you very quickly if you have any problems. Highly recommended.

I wont say "nothing" has gone wrong with Native Space www.nativespace.com because it has BUT each time they have solved it in a very timely manner. They have even helped with issues which weren't strictly to do with hosting!!!!
