I have been with Nativespace for a few years. I have two services on the host, one of which I don't need. Of course Nativespace is delighted to take new business. But try and cancel a service, and there are serious problems. Not only am I unable to cancel it through the client area, but the 'team' has ignored my many requests to cancel. “Avoid nativespace.com”

We moved to nativespace in 2012 due to their competitive pricing, great presentation and we felt they were the ideal match for our web developer's creativity. The support was quick and helpful when it came to setting up new email accounts and guiding our web developer through the cPanel and database setup for the website We were very impressed with the prices for SSL which we needed for our new Facebook canvas page, and so this was a big USP for nativespace. “The Best UK hosting company”

I run a web marketing agency and have been using a reseller hosting account with Nativespace for nearly 6 years. In all that time I think that my hosting has gone down once. Whilst Nativespace aren't the cheapest hosting company they do have the absolute best support staff. The support team are around 24/7 and have got me out of fix many times in the small hours! “Nobody Does it Better”

We have been with Nativespace since 2008 and have been impressed by the service. We use it to host approximately 30 client websites and mini-sites and have found the administration of the sites nice and straightforward. I was initially concerned that the help centre was email rather than phone but this has proved not to be a problem. “Bottom line: I would recommend for small businesses”

I've been with Nativespace since 2004 and find both the products and service really good. I love the cPanel and have used this to set up websites for several of my clients. Everything can be done online, and on the rare occurrence that you do need to raise a support ticket, you get a response normally within 20-30 minutes - even at weekends or in the evening. “Badly supported and configured servers”

I have been with Nativespace for just over 3 years now. At the start their servers and support performed very well. But over the past couple of years they have become progressively worse. Getting blocked from my own server has become commonplace, and when I submit a support ticket I am usually given a generic reply which more often than not, does not address the issue. We all know that there are times when things go wrong with websites. Sometimes it's the developers fault, sometimes the clients and sometimes the hosting company. I have always found NativeSpace support to be fast helpful and on the ball - even with the really tricky stuff!
