We have recently tried (I really mean tried) to setup a hosting account with Native Space. The problems came when the website was on production mode. With the client using it. The client was getted his IP blocked every N times he tried to insert/change an article in the backoffice. We had quick support awnsers but this situation was unacceptable. We had to quit this service.

Have been using Native Space for the last 7 months or so. Really good service, never had any problems with downtime etc. and they usually get back to you very quickly if you have any problems. Highly recommended.

I've had my site hosted with nativespace for about 6 months now so thought I'd share my findings. I've persuaded a lot of my friends and business associates to do the same as I've only ever had a positive experience using this hosting company. In terms of both uptime, response times of my site, speed of response to technical queries, and a personal approach, I haven't heard of anyone doing more to help their customers. A rare thing in these automated days. Hopefully long may this continue.

I wont say "nothing" has gone wrong with Native Space www.nativespace.com because it has BUT each time they have solved it in a very timely manner. They have even helped with issues which weren't strictly to do with hosting!!!!
