    Good Points: Looks and Picture quality.


    Bad Points: Slower change over on chanels to analog, also cover on rear of stand is not enough to hide all of the wires.


    General comments: I would recommend the Samsung PS42Q96HDX as its in my opinion 8 out 10.

    The Samsung PS42Q97HDX or PS42Q96HDX are the same model, just some retailers wanted their own code apparently.
    I've just brought the 42" version of this TV and I must say it is brilliant. The shiny black frame encloses a very black Plasma panel. A little blue light below the on/off switch denotes standby mode and the swivel stand helps no end with positioning since it is a heavy unit.     Really chuffed to bits with it, I had a 28" Sony CRT 100 Hz telly before and that was good but the Samsung PS42Q96HDX blows it away.
