Good Points: Accommodation excellent - staff helpful and friendly whether you tip them or not. Very, very clean wherever you went.
Bad Points: None that we could find
General comments: Could not believe how well organised the whole holiday was. When we arrived our baggage was taken off the coach and we were asked to present our passports to the reception desk and then take a seat in reception. Within a few minutes a waiter arrived and took our order for drinks. There was no rush to check in as the duty manager actually came to us, introduced himself and asked a porter to take us and our luggage to our room - how's that for 5 star service. The whole holiday was just the same. Everybody from waiters to reception staff and managers always had a smile for you and were only too pleased to help you. Highly recommended for a chill out holiday

A LITTLE MORE ENTERTAINMENT FOR COUPLES IN THE WINTER EVENINGS
APART FROM THAT a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE
WE ENJOYED IT MORE THAN MEXICO AND HAVE RECOMMENDED YOUR HOTEL TWICE SINCE OUR RETURN
