    Good Points: Staff catered to every whim, could not do enough and by the end of the week planned our next stay.


    Bad Points: Staff did not seem supported by management (never mentioned or displayed but all staff worked 7 days per week).


    General comments: Dreams Beach Marsa Alam. Excellent holiday based on location, staff, rooms, food and cleanliness. Childrens clubs and entertainment are excellent and all staff involved in any childrens activities ensured parents where close to children whilst having time to relax. Would recommend this holiday resort to all.
