I bought an L518 Buffalo grill for my cafe... It stopped working after 1 week! I dont mind mistakes/issues as long as they are sorted quickly/easily, but on speaking to Nisbits, I found their customer support to be the worst I have ever experienced. No reply to emails, phone calls going into a black hole. As a company I have found them to be rude and arrogant. No respect for the customer. I will never buy from them again. From what I have learned of the company and speaking to friends in the restaurant industry, (plus an ex-employee I know), they look to cut corners and supply cheap import rubbish where-ever possible, not caring if the product will break-down (hence, leaving the customer with a problem, ie. a fridge breaks down in a busy restaurant). Please avoid them if possible!

When I unpacked the Nisbets L537 Buffalo Contact Grill, one back leg was askew and the bottm plate bent: it looked like it had been dropped, probably from some height (truck?)Nisbet offered to pick up and replace, which was unreal as I was a opening my cafe. They sent me a £10 voucher

please be advised that i am now sending back a second buffalo panini grill machine and nesbits are leaving me without a machine for 2 weeks in a very busy coffee shop.

Have shopped with Nisbets for years and really impressed with them. would recommend to anyone who needs anything catering related.

For commercial users this machine costs less than £1 per day to own and operate, which is just fantastic value. It also has a 12 month warranty, so you can't really go wrong at this price. It's also really easy to use - on or off, with temperature control - and easy cleaning.

This product is intended for use in a commercial environment so it's probably a bit big for home kitchens - although a smaller version is also available from www.nisbets.com

Consider carefully how long you expect the contact grill to last. Remember 1 in 24 broke down within the first year according to Nisbets - their letter is dated 8 June 2007 from a Customer Service Senior Advisor.
