General comments: I love this site they got everything! I have an 80s vw beetle and I need to change my door handle. my local dealer don t have what I m looking for thank goodness I found this site because they have different door handle designs for my beetle plus the part that I m looking for is is very affordable because of their discounts!

I had a great experience with partstrain.com. I call them once to order an item. They offered some discounts so I close the deal. They told me I will be getting my item in 2 days. After 2 days, I got the item in good condition.

Partstrain offers wide range of car parts. You do not need to look for another store to find the parts you need. Not only do they offer lower prices for their items, they deliver it on time. I myself is a satisfied customer. I recently ordered a fan motor for my Camry and had many inquiries about it. The customer care staff who handled my order accomodated my concerns very well. I received the item complete within 2 days. This shop is highly recommended.

I first called to do a stock check on a set of Std rings for a Porsche, they said they had them available. I insisted they be sure because I would not remove the pistons if they didn't have them available at their listed price. They had me call back later and they confirmed they had them available. I purchased amongs other things a radiator. They Say they guarantee the right part... Well, It was the wrong part. When I called back and told them they were less than helpful.
It has not been a month since I ordered the part and 11 days since it was returned, at my expense. They do not pay for their mistakes. I still have not received a refund...

I wish I found this site earlier. It's really great. They deliver on time and hey even have these discounts. Imagine buying a high quality car part in a very affordable price. Amazing, right? To top it all, they even treat their customers nicely. When you call their hotline for inquiries, they'll answer you smartly and courteously. I wish all online shops are like them.

My son ordered parts online - headlight door, turn signal lamp, front bumper, fender and header panel, for his parisienne. When shipment arrived the box was damaged through shipping on the bottom side edge. Opened box - header panel was on top of all the other parts and buffered by a thin layer of Styrofoam like sheet. partstrain.com is the best! No doubt that they have a lot of loyal buyers because they really offer great service to their customers. I never had a bad experience with them since last month. I never had a problem or any hassle. Just recently, I bought catalytic converter and again I'm satisfied with their job. So, I really love the site and surely will shop there again.

Parts Train complete my life...sounds cheesy, but that's what I feel. They make me feel better because of their good service, the cheap prices on their products, and they really made my car looks fabulous. I really love it! For sure, I wouldn't be able to find another online car parts supplier like this.

All is good from the ordering part and the delivering part. The important thing is that I got my clutch kit ASAP or else my car will incur greater damage. I may be a first timer, but I am impressed.
