“Customer Service is a clown show”

Probably my worst online retail experiences ever. Ordered replacement headlight WITH bulbs. Headlights arrived very quickly, but without bulbs. Called customer service and was offered $10 refund and asked to buy the bulbs locally. Bulbs cost 13.95 each on Parts Train website. Declined this ludicrous offer and asked them to just send me the missing bulbs. Was given a long story about how hard that was to do. “One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with!”

I entered all the information for a 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix in to their website and it showed a part that I needed at a very good price. I had a feeling it was too good of a deal to be true but I went against my instincts and ordered the part. “Paid for overnight shipped snail”

My company needed a part shipped quickly so we paid over 30:00 shipping for overnight delivery. They shipped it to us using 5 day ground delivery. Customer service was indifferent of the problem. First time we have used Parts Train and it will now be the last. If you are ordering from them do not pay for the extra shipping. Here is a classic case for FTC enforcement action. Caveat Emptor is the watchword for dealing with PartsTrain. 48 hours for communicating any mistake in your received order. Demand was made for me to verify the part I wanted by contacting the vehicle manufacturer or dealer and requesting them to send the actual Mazda part number directly to PartsTrain. My company attempted to use PartsTrain as a source for items needed to complete a large project we had a strict deadline for. Several companies and vendors were collaborated with to accomplish this project that totaled nearly $40K in cost over vehicle. “Never ever again”

I ordered a part. It came twice. I have been trying to return one part & get my money back for weeks. They have cost me more than $1000. dozens of phone calls, Chats and emails. They have admitted the mistake to me in writing but I fear I will never get a refund because they just will not reply to my emails. “Auto Train list and sells parts it does not have in...”

Please do not consider purchasing any parts Auto Parts Train they list and sell parts on their web sites that they do have in stock. When i went to install the part at the mechanic, it was discovered that the part sent was the incorrect size.
