    Book received is not the book I purchased. However, the receipt provided does not have an accurate description of item purchased and there was no invoice in the shipment. Hopefully their customer service will send the correct book.

    These people are not very customer friendly. They tell you one thing and do something else. They have good prices, but after they add the extremely high shipping and the handling charges, they are not very conpetitive with other vendors. I would not recommend them to anyone. Plenty of other honest vendors to buy from.

    ordered a product from Parts Train overnight shipping they sent me an e-mail saying order processed and approved. two days later I call to see where my stuff is and they regret to inform me they're out of stock, the day I was supposed to receive the product. so I call and speak with a supervisor he said he would search the inventory at the other warehouse and call me back in two hours.     I ordered edelbrock valve covers from parts train, tall (4 5/8") cast aluminum style for 88.60 and the ad said it was in stock. 4 days later i received a phone call stating they were out of stock on that item and was transferred over to another person who could help me look for another set of cast aluminum valve covers.     I ordered a part from www.partstrain.com which indicated it was in stock. I paid premium freight to get it fast. According to their site the tracking information would take 1-2 days to be e-mailed at which time the part should be delivered.

    Waited the two days and nothing. I then got caught up with "live help" - don't believe the wiat times. I was successfull calling the 800 number. I have just learned that they have no idea if it shipped and would like me to wait another 48 hours! They ...

    I ordered a part online, and four days later received an email indicating the part was Out of Stock!! This business must be poorly organized to show the part as in-stock when I ordered and then take 4 days!! to figure out they didn't have it in.     Received my Parts Train order number by email immediately. Stating I would not be charged until shipped, and I would get shipping info within 48 hours. It has now been 10 full days, and it still has not shipped. Seven days ago (A Saturday) they said sorry they never emailed me any info, but it was right there ready to ship on monday.     If you expectations of poor customer service is your main priority
    then Parts Train is your company. Very unprofessional, incompetent and pretty much useless, no accountability!

    If you get what you ordered from Parts Train you will be happy but customer relations in event of breakage, wrong order etc. is very poor!!! However, shipping was prompt and the article in good condition upon arrival.

    Parts Train Sent me a passanger mirror which was broken upon arrival, called customer service (TWICE),no straight answer, was told to hold on to part till they desputed with fed ex, was told I'd get credited back in 30days, I sent part back and called credit card company filed complaint. Very Bad customer service.

    I bought a power window regulator for $110. The next day when I got my invoice by email I checked the # to make sure that it was for the correct side. The price was now $75 dollars. I called and was told they would not credit my acct. or credit card! They told me something about they order parts, have parts, get more parts in...     One part (drain plug) was incorrectly listed on the website for the wrong model. The part arrived, and it was noted on the package it wouldn't fit the make/model I ordered it for. Attempted to try it anyway and sure enough it was too small. CSR said they would not pay return shipping, even though it was there error.     Great overall experience core was communicated as received and I am happy with all the transactions. I was impressed with the super fast delivery, but it may be they just had a distribution center close. My recent order the shipping went up on a lighter item, but maybe a further warehouse. Part was correct and in good condition. Fit correctly and no odd hookups to figure out. Great purchase and very good at updates and communication. I will use again!

    I love this site they got everything! I have an 80s vw beetle and I need to change my door handle. my local dealer don t have what I m looking for thank goodness I found this site because they have different door handle designs for my beetle plus the part that I m looking for is is very affordable because of their discounts!

    I highly recommend this online shopping page, because i was able to get the parts i need in just a minute, and there customer service are very hospitable and they really now what the consumers need.

    I had a great experience with partstrain.com. I call them once to order an item. They offered some discounts so I close the deal. They told me I will be getting my item in 2 days. After 2 days, I got the item in good condition.

    Partstrain offers wide range of car parts. You do not need to look for another store to find the parts you need. Not only do they offer lower prices for their items, they deliver it on time. I myself is a satisfied customer. I recently ordered a fan motor for my Camry and had many inquiries about it. The customer care staff who handled my order accomodated my concerns very well. I received the item complete within 2 days. This shop is highly recommended.

With their simple website design, I was able to easily find the brake pads that I was looking for and ordered them immediately. But after three days of waiting, the brake pads never came, so I called up the customer service for an explanation. I insisted they be sure because I would not remove the pistons if they didn't have them available at their listed price. They had me call back later and they confirmed they had them available.
