    Good Points: It was in a superb location, near to the resort centre, that is the only good point.


    Bad Points: Killer ants in apartments. Power cuts on a nightly basis. No plates or cutlery for the first 3 days. Never changed the bed in 2 weeks. There's a Club 18-30 hotel next door, so spent many nights lying awake listening to them carrying on.


    General comments: I have never wanted to come home from a holiday but couldn't wait to get on the plane to get out of this hell hole! The reps were the rudest people I have ever met and have no customer service skills what so ever. When I complained about the nightly power cuts, I was told it was the main season and the bigger hotels used up all the power. The rooms were poky but I could live with that, what I couldn't live with was the hooligans riding motor scooters outside my room till 7 o'clock in the morning! I was only 22 myself so it's not because I'm old. Anyone staying here needs another holiday at the end to get over it! To top it off, we were delayed for 25 hours on the way home! Holiday from Hell!
