    Good Points: Leaves skin feeling fresh and cleansed, relatively inexpensive, complements other products in the Garnier line.


    Bad Points: I haven't found any so far!


    General comments: This toner is definitely one of the best I've used. Relatively cheap, yet remarkably effective, especially when used along with other products in the same line. Leaves your skin feeling soft, refreshed, and clean but not taut. I'd recommend it to anybody!

    This Garnier toner was terrible. I would not recommend it at all. It hurts my skin to apply itIt leaves my skin really shiny and oilyIt made my skin really bad.
