    I had an experience of renting a property thru rayner property. They have a very high admin charges. On top of it, they have hidden charges like contract fee, registration fee etc. At the end you'll end up in wasting a lot money. They are not professionals and once you pay, they'll never listen to you.
    I'll never recommend them even to a foe.

    Beware....

    Only word I have to say is NEVER NEVER take a property from them. First thing they have a high administration charges, Rayner estate agents have no etiquette....If you don't take property from them, they will call you time wasters....Moreover they claim that they don't negotiate on the property but if you start negotiating with them, you will be surprised.
