    Bad Points: Haven't produced what they were paid to, and no communication on why this is the case...


    General comments: My wedding was in the summer of 2005, and The Segal Studio in Greater Manchester have taken over £1000 and still haven't produced an album... I didn't realise they were doing this to other 'customers' until I read the reviews...

    They also took money up front from us for our wedding in Oct 2005 and never produced the album we had paid for. We finally got the negatives from them but no album and no apology either. We then had to pay another photographer to do the job properly. We have since found out that they have done this to at least 25 other couples and add your name to the ever growing list. They are currently being investigated by trading standards for they're dishonest business practices which have been going on ...

    The Segal Photography Studio insist on payment up front, but we did not receive our photographs or albums. We spent over £1,000, and we are still waiting for our wedding album.
