    "The mortgage broker at Sequence Homes was useless,she made so many errors that I'm overpaying for my mortgage and still trying to sort it out"

    Yes, I am in exactly the same position and now have no where to live as my tenancy on my house is up. Wish I had done it myself. He's given me nothing that comparethemarket.com couldn't have done and cost me a fortune in legal fees. He got the absolute basics wrong from the very start. One word terrible.

    I don't seem to be able to rate them as 0 stars so have to give them 1.

    I made the mistake of letting my property through Fox & Sons (part of Sequence Homes)!! I could not have made a worse mistake. It turns out that:
    i) they did not even check the information (name and address) that the tenant provided.
    ii) They charged £250 for a standard agreement that was not worth the paper it's printed on.
    iii) They said that the tenant is a DSS tenant and that they had contacted the council to agree to the rent for the tenant. However, since the tenant moved in nearl ...

    Sequence Homes Earlsfields branch.I was absolutely disgusted how the team and the manager himself act with me when I rented the flat throught them, they didnt' give me all the correct information about price and charge for the letting and after a month time I'm still waiting the contract and I had to contact the head office and the ARLA to deal with.the worst people with whom I had to do in my whole life, terrible, never reccomend to use the office in Earlsfield or to have to deal with the all a ...

    The broker was completely disorganized. Six weeks on and we still do not have a valuation. He has assured us the whole time that it would be booked within 24hrs. We were trusting fools. He lied blatantly and changed his story several times. I would strongly advise against ever using them if you want to buy a house. Because he took so long, he booked us the wrong product, and then was unable to change it.
