The Mura 4 pram is great and the price seeemed a bargain but Kiddicare are not so honest as their advertising claims.
They delivered only part of my order and claim that the multibag, clearly advertised as included on their website, was not included. Kiddicare have since changed their advertisement online since my query over the missing item.
Basically this amounts to fraudulent advertising and theft. Its their problem if they didnt mean to advertise the multibag and they have to fulfill their advertising claims and make a loss if they have to.

Would agree with all other comments about poor customer service, etc. Calling by telephone is very very difficult and emails will take 24 hours to be answered, the answer is then often useless and seems to generally to have been dealt with by the YTS trainee who is polite but couldnt give a monkeys....
I ordered a Quinny package for £700, and Kiddicare cancelled the order due to 'Inconsistencies' (I can only imagine this is because I chose the items to be delivered to my in-laws, but I ca ...- Read Guest's review (153 words)

I collected the kiddicare pushchair only to find it was rusty and old stock, not even the actual model i ordered.
Was the worst service i have ever had in my life, most unhelpful company, whoo expected me to somehow transport my toddler and newborn round with no pushchair while they mucked me about 'replacing' my pushchair.

I feel I must write this to give a necessary warning about Kiddicare.com. I am having my worst experience ever of customer service with this company and don't want other people to go through similar stress. They sent me a faulty Quinny Buzz 3 pushchair where the foam/cushioning was dented and sticking out. This would have caused serious discomfort to a baby. They are now dragging their feet about sorting out the refund, despite my statutory rights. One of the most important things you should bar ...- Read sophm's review (368 words)

In my experience this is a highly systemised business that probably delivers a good service 90% of the time. If you are unlucky and things don't go according to plan, or if you want to change your mind about something then Kiddicare seem to have no ability to deal with that. They seem to actively discourage contact from their customers (telephone number is hard to find on the web site and I had to hold for quite a while to speak to someone - on the rare occasion I didn't just get an engaged tone ...- Read Guest's review (525 words)

Purchased pushchair fine, and all was happy. However after about 10 months the footrest strap broke. Kiddicare customer service when dealing with problems is unbelievably appalling. Apart from their non-interestred customer care team, they tried to pass the buck back to the manufacturer (despite the pushchair being in warranty still) as allegedly Kiddicare do not support guarantees after 6 months, despite the Sale of Goods Act requirements. A solicitor sorted the problem for me, but not without ...- Read Guest's review (85 words)

I've used Kiddicare a few times for buying stuff for our daughter and found them to be very good. I ordered a car seat yesterday at about 4pm and they're delivering it today - that's pretty impressive.
The price was competitive (only place I found it cheaper was bambinodirect, but they then informed me that it wasnt in stock a couple of days after ordering it - read my review on this - I wouldn't use bambinodirect again).
The actual website is pretty good, not exceptional, but does the job. ...- Read glenc's review (124 words)

Kiddicare is one of the best stores with online services. Bought all the products for my little princess from kiddicare. Very good prices with price match policy, high quality products. It usually delivers next day and the customer care is very friendly and prompt in their responses. Highly recommended. Will buy again.- Read pinkbob's review (60 words)

Having read some of the other reviews I was rather nervous about ordering a cot bed and changing table from Kiddicare, however the prices were so low that I decided to risk it. Both items arrived 2 days later and I received a text the night before telling me our goods had been despatched from the warehouse. So I have nothing but praise for Kiddicare's service and have saved a significant amount of money in the process.- Read RandR's review (76 words)

I'm having a terrible time with Kiddicare.com at the moment. I had a travel system in December (one which had the baby liner and car seat included) which I loved. Unfortunately the brake broke and i've been trying to get this sorted out for over 3 weeks now...total nightmare for a new mum who doesn't drive and needs a pram!!! Have now contacted consumer direct about them who've been really helpful!!! Writing a letter to Kiddicare as we speak because they have never called or emailed me about the ...- Read sybilbird's review (151 words)

I went online to order a couple of items from Kiddicare, one of which was a car seat. After placing my order, I entered all my card details and was directed to the secure server, into which I had to enter my password. Instead of confirming the order, the website informed me that my password was incorrect, and to try again. I did this another couple of times, and then returned to the site to retry, after being informed the order had not been authorised. To my annoyance, my basket had been cleared ...- Read LPR's review (343 words)

Kiddicare offers cheaper products than many places. Reliable delivery and service. Prompt refunds where necessary.
Some products are out of stock, although they always tell you that and it seems pretty accurate.
I would recommend them. They are much more reliable than some other baby product websites.- Read angelasewell's review (47 words)

I ordered Bebe Confort Windoo carrycot. But Kiddicare.com sent me wrong item (Nacelle Streety carrycot). I'm worried I may have lost 16.44 pounds, when I've sent the wrong item back I'll never buy here...- Read Nerijus's review (46 words)

I ordered a Maxi Cosi car seat on Friday and requested Saturday am delivery (we were planning on going away for the weekend).
I received the wrong item.
I spoke to Customer Services, who refused to use a 'same day' courier service, even though it was apparently their mistake (and even though I had explained about our travel arrangements).
To add insult to injury, they did not even offer to refund me the £13 I had been charged for Saturday am delivery.
I found their policies completely ...- Read MarkB2908's review (112 words and 1 comment)

Tried to contact them the same day. No luck. The following day 2 hours wait then being disconected when I asked for my money back and unable to reconect again. Had to involved Paypal as getting nowhere. Customer service could improve.- Read bambulka1's review (92 words)

I bought a Baby Walker, but a baby highchair was delivered.
When i tried to complain over the phone it seemed as though no-one cared at all. It seemed as if once I had bought an item from them it was then my problem. Anyway hours later an email was sent to me saying another walker would be arriving in a few days.
I felt this was poor service from such a store.
Told them to refund my money plus delivery charges as it was their mistake.
