Apologies in advance for the long narrative, but I feel passionately about this one and don’t want others to have the same awful experience…. Nursery furniture purchased to the value of £709 (Wardrobe, Cotbed, Changing Dresser). Upon assembly of the furniture, we discovered every item was damaged. “Disgusting customer service ”

Bought this over a month ago, still not got it, emailed them asking where it is and they said they do not have it in stock, I had to contact them! “Poor customer service. Unacceptable packaging and care ”

I recently purchased 3 items from kiddiecare, 2 maxi cosi car seats and an isofix base. After a few days wait I received 2 packages. The isofix base and the larger of the car seats. The car seat had be shipped in a cardboard box which was at least 2 inches too small and held shut with one piece of tape. Needless to say, in transit the piece of tape buckled as the car seat was sticking out of the box at either side, I'm surprised it even arrived. “Appalling customer care”

We sent our pram back to kiddo acre because the break was broken and we were worried for our child's safety. We were not given a replacement whilst our was fixed. It has now been 7 months and we still don't have a working pram. It hasn't been returned to us even though we have continually asked for it back. “After sale Experience is truly Dreadful”

Conclusion First: Awful experience, bad customer service and no regard for customers once they get your money. These people are truly awful. Pay more and get good after-sale service elsewhere. I bought a pushchair from them which developed a fault within weeks. Sent it for repair. “Terrible customer service”

DO NOT BUY FROM KIDDICARE!! I sent my quinny back to be repaired because the button had a fault, after a day I recived a message to say that it had been fixed and they will contact me to return the buggy to me! I purchased a travel system late Tuesday night and it arrived lunch time on Thursday (woul have come Wednesday if we'd purchased half an hour earlier!!) when it arrived I was so impressed with the whole system, I attatched everything and doin out one of the wheels wasn't attatching properly, so got intouch with them Thursday evening, by Friday tey said they'd send a new wheel, and it's arrived today (Monday!) the customer service was fantastic, and so fast and efficient! “Warning! - Will Not Refund Faulty Goods!”

“Awefull”

My wife ordered 2 identical car seats from them. They arrived promptly but when I tried to fit them the wouldn't fit in either my car or my wife's. I even tried it in my mothers car with no joy. The isofix bar in the base of the seat does not retract far enough for the car seat to sit against the cars own bench seat, in my wife car the gap between the back of the child seat and the bench seat was over 2". Purchased a car seat in December 2014 which arrived on time. No problems with the order at all. In April 2015 we noticed our 2 year olds back had sores appearing and he wailed in the car that his back hurt. If you order from these bloody hope you have someone a home... Hermes are the worst. There is not failed delivery service and the only method of trying to sort it out is web chat where some Indian said talk to kiddicare,...... after 3 attempts where they dont give a ffff they just return it... the slip left by the courier has no options. Having sent my all black UppaBaby GLuxe back to them when the break cable broke after less than a year they lost the buggy. No great apology or sorry having lost my buggy, instead they told me they would give me a bright pink replacement GLuxe or a refund minus wear & tear, ultimately leaving me out of pocket because they lost my buggy. “Awful experience”

After ten months of having our pushchair it had three major problems. At first it seemed kiddicare were going to sort it out, they collected and returned the pushchair quickly, however they didn't fix the problems. They collected it again...its been two weeks since the second collection and we have heard nothing. Dreadfull service!!!! I brought 500 pushchair from them it broke 8 months in to it they took it back for repair cane back with another problem told them I want a refund in between this I have been without a pushchair for 4 weeks with 2 kids which are both ill and daughter was due surgery. On phone every day to them lost 130 earnings as said they were collectin item didn't turn up this happened 3 times they don't care at all..sorry u lost earnings.... “Bare minimum care”

Poor- they act legally but that's about it I'd bought a 3in1 kiddicouture willz in the sale for £174.99, I had a £15off voucher so I paid £159.99 (reduced from £399.)
