“Worst company ever!”

First time I've ever written a review, I will never order on-line from here again. the staff are incompetent and convenient don't understand your email or don't read them. “Bare minimum care”

Poor- they act legally but that's about it I'd bought a 3in1 kiddicouture willz in the sale for £174.99, I had a £15off voucher so I paid £159.99 (reduced from £399.) I was so chuffed, but after 5 weeks it started to make a loud click and I noticed the right side of the chassis had started to collapse so I had to pull the handle up to correct it back to an upright position. “Brilliant service, great prices!”

As a new parent, I've discovered this website and bought most of my kid's toys there. Not only they do brilliant discounts on lots of products, they also deliver the purchased goods next day or within couple days, whatever is convenient for you. “SUCH a good company!”

I was really surprised to see such a low rating for this company because I've found them SO good. I get next day delivery for free, I can track or change my order at every stage and they even text a time that they will deliver so there's no waiting in all day or risking missing your order. Everything I've bought from Kiddicare so far has been considerably cheaper than elsewhere too. “Damaged product and they don't care”

We were told a delivery time of 3-5 weeks. After 5 weeks and having not heard anything we contacted kiddicare. It was then delivered after 6 weeks. We have assembled the cot and wardrobe, but were so disappointed to see a clear mark on the outside of the wardrobe where the paint/seal is missing. This could not have been noticed until the product is built. Having invested in this furniture for our baby daughter, we needed it to be good quality and hoped it would last for a long time. “Never again”

I will never shop at Kiddicare again,nor would i recommend them to anybody else. I ordered spare wheels for my son's pushchair,it was meant to take 7 to 10 days for delivery.Instead after countless calls,emails and recorded delivered letters.It took six weeks,only because i decided in the end to contact the C.E.O of Kiddicare by email.He responded and i received my wheels the next day and a refund for my trouble.I just wish i'd contacted him in the first place. “Avoid ... unless you want second hand products at full...”

I ordered a Fisher Price Rainforest Jumperoo online. Received it quickly. However, there was no original packaging, it was dirty, covered in pet hair and was quite clearly a faulty product that had been returned to Kiddicare following extensive use. I did get a refund following many emails, but they no longer stock the Jumperoo and the price has gone up elsewhere by over £20. “Happy for baby to be in dangerous high chair”

I bought a Cosatto 360 high chair from Kiddicare 10 months ago and the hydrolics on it have since stopped working meaning that on occasions my baby sinks down. That defect in itself did not seem dangerous, however the high chair then developed another fault, the part of the stem which connects the base to the seat of the high chair broke which meant that the chair swung round uncontrollably and the high chair rocked quite dramatically. “Customer services appalling”

Went to the Lakeside store in Thurrock. Wanted to get a new car seat, so potentially an expensive purchase. No one came to help, all people in uniform deliberately avoiding eye contact, when eventually managed to speak to someone was told to take a ticket and queue just to ask a simple question. I purchased some items from Kiddicare at Enfield. I have no issues with staff in store but the aftercare has been awful! I discovered an item was £53.99 cheaper at Toys'R'Us so set in motion the price match farce. This involves not being able to call anyone but simply sending emails, which can be ignored at will, until I assume the preferred outcome is that the cheaper item has sold out so the price match is invalid. Spoke too soon...unsure if it was a bad review, a snotty email I sent or suggesting they were trying to avoid giving me the refund but they did eventually come through. Happy it's been sorted but will still think twice about using Kiddicare in the future, unless I'm 100% sure they're the cheapest or I complete the price match in store at the time of purchase.

“Need to learn a thing or two about customer service ”

The bristol store opened earlier this year (2013). The first few times I went along there I was pretty amazed by the variety of kids stuff and reasonable prices. The cafe was great, the staff were really pleasant. Avoid Kiddicare at all costs, their customer service and attention to detail is woeful. I wanted to buy a Plum Baby Swing set and saw it was available and in stock, so ordered it online on 6 December. I was told it would be delivered direct from Plum in 1-2 weeks.
