    Good Points: Useful to keep garlic fresh in.


    Bad Points: Does not shake flavours.


    General comments: I think the point behind the product was to mix pre -ground ingredients with lighter fresh ingredients i.e. coriander etc ...which is a valid point...use a pestel and mortar and you're fingers! Preferably at separate stages....

    I saw the Boiling Minder at the International Housewares show and then saw a great demonstration at the Homewares show in Orlando. The product does exactly what it says, it ELIMINATES BOIL OVER on the stove. Boiling Pasta, oatmeal, rice and anything else that boils over on the stove will now be a thing of the past.When I got mine, I tried several times to boil over. The Boiling Minder just works!
