    Good Points: I thought this software from nova, photo impact pro 11 would be the answer to my needs, it installed the 1st time on my then 1 month old computer.


    General comments: It was not cheap, I paid 100.00 for it, could have been worse, but it looked decent and a customer at best buy said he had it and it was awesome, so I took a chance.
    I found out there were components missing, so I had someone uninstall it, and try to install it back, and it refused, we did everything tech from Nova said to do, and even received new disks, but the installer refuses to install even in safe mode...
    I wont buy anything from nova again.

    Photo explosion deluxe 3 has never worked to my knowledge on window vista. It is still offered for sale as windows compatible a year later. their tech. I have personally bought and tried this product and got professional help. It won't install in my experience therefore I do not recommend Nova Development Corp. Photo Impact Pro 11.

    I got v11 at Fry's electronics here in Bay area of SF, CA. As above the box implied Vista compatible. However it is definitely not. It hangs all over the place. The Company (ULead) was extremely un-helpful, first denying the box had Vista compatible on it, then saying "it's not their fault etc. Offered to accept a return if I had a receipt. Had long since thrown it out of course. Would not accept anything else in spite of the fact I helped them out by letting them know the boxes were being misla ...

    Tech help from Nova was worthless: Their tech ignored my question about the sticker on the front of the Photo Impact box and simply reiterated that the program "does not work with Vista." Because of this situation I cannot recommend any of Nova's products.
