Good Points: It nothing good
Bad Points: Warning dont ever buy at this shop!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they give you the different product as display on the site. the product i order was 183 it cost me nearly $70. but when it deliver it just sux, it not cost that much compare to the site. !!! dont ever buy !! as you can tell in these picture http://germanyflowershop.com/images/grni5.jpg as display on main site http://i272.photobucket.com/albums/jj171/asianschool/183.jpg when it delivered.

I used the Germany Flower Shop to send a gift of wine and snacks to my partner who was going to our friends barbecue. When I reviewed the order I noticed I had included the wrong delivery date. I found the only contact details for the store was email, and it took them 4 days to respond. Then the item was sent on the wrong day anyway; and worse, instead of sending wine and sweets, they sent red roses. Fortunately, my partner appreciated them anyway, but I can only imagine the misunderstanding ...

As we Germans in the UK need to think about the ones 'in the old country'; my grandma turned 87 the other week, and I ordered her a bouquet of flowers via the Germany Flower Shop website, but it never got there. And even two weeks later, the customer service department did not offer compensation, regrets or so much as a refund. Only when I told them I would dissuade my friends from using their service further did they get back to me saying that I could a) have flowers redelivered or b) my money ...
