DON"T BUY FROM THEM!!! Took 30 days to get ring from WeddingBandss123 that came with a black mark on it. Took a week of emailing back and forth to get a RMA #. Then took over a month to get a refund that was the wrong amount. Terrible customer service and they don't know how to answer a phone.

Very poor communication. WeddingBands123 Would never respond to my queries. Their web site changes very often so be sure to get a printout of what you have bought (I would recommend price and all the various attributes) because you might end up with a different product then you bought. I could not check my order status online, because after I bought, they changed their online order mechanism which completely wiped out the presence of my order number.

Wonderful customer service, friendly supportive staff and a great selection.
I will definitely recommend to friends and family, I had a memorable experience with weddingbands123 and would like to share that with others.

Ordered our bands from WeddingBands123 and received bands in a week. We had an issue with a ring size (no big issue) Returned ring and had a shipping issue. Post office lost the ring. Customer Service was very helpful. They replaced the ring with the right size and received 48hrs later as stated. Thanks guys, If I ever need rings again, you will be my first stop.

I really love my ring from Wedding Bands 123, and I couldn't find a better price for what I was looking for. It came on time and the girl I spoke to over the phone was very informative and helpful. I thought that the box was a little cheesy though, and it just came on its own... Like the box and paper work but no bubble wrap or anything. Overall though very beautiful ring and great price which I guess is all that matters anyway. Oh and very pretty engraving, Definately recommend.

The website was very straightforward and simple, and unlike the other websites I skimmed through, I felt like wedding bands 123 had the least amount of hassle and confusion when I ordered.

I almost didnt believe the prices so I called in to make sure that my order and all of that was correct (and that they were real people like the site says) and the service rep was great. He helped me pick out exactly what I wanted and helped put me to rest with my concerns of ordering online.

My fiance ordered my engagement ring from weddingbands123. It was an eternity band and was 1 size too large. We requested to exchange for a size smaller and were offered beads that could be inserted into the ring to make it tighter. We felt that this was not acceptable for a ring that will be worn everyday and one that we paid decent $$ for! I loved the rings I got from Wedding Bands 123. They were way more than I expected when buying online. The box was cute and the handmade rings my wife and I got were really quite amazing. I would definitely recommend buying through this site. I couldn't find the rings anywhere else and they were SUPER cheap. Good job all around!

Overall, WeddingBands123 was such a surprise. I've never ordered anything like this off of the internet, but our local jewellers were way overpriced and unhelpful so I decided to have a look around. Wedding Bands 123 had the easiest website and a great selection so my fiance and I decided to just go for it. I'm so glad we did. I ordered a ring from the site for $569. Less than two days later, I noticed the price of the ring had dropped to $474. I emailed weddingbands123.com to see if I could get the lower price since my order had yet to be processed. The response I received was that the cost of the ring had increased from $474 to $551 and I could be refunded the $18 difference.
