Good Points: Staff are very friendly and attentive with the daily cleaning staff being especially hard working.

Bad Points: On arrival the previous tenants rubbish bin, situated below the kitchen sink was full to overflowing.
The accommodation is situated approx 5m from the very busy busy main road and the local mosque, the loud speakers of which wakes you up every morning at 4.40am. The villas are very sparsely furnished - basic. Not to European standards. Despite the villa having three bedrooms there is air-conditioning in only two of the bedrooms, one of which leaked water all over the floor. Our bed linen earns particular mention with several covers being worn through completely in places.

General comments: The Hotel complex is listed as three star - over optimistic !
Our accommodation consisted of a three bedroom detached villa in a complex of several other detached/semi villas, with a nice pool and bar.The Main living room has no Air Con or TV. The self catering side is accommodated with a table top "Baby Belling" type electric cooker and a fridge. Two cooking pots were available for cooking together with crockery in various types of colour and condition. The net curtains were stained and tatty, and were of various lengths, hiding the single glazed sash and case windows which fitted very badly and had huge gaps each side.
Both internal and external doors fitted very badly with huge gaps and were difficult to close/open with the toilet doors being impossible to lock. Generally the exterior woodwork were in very bad condition and had obviously not been painted in several years, this together with the various broken and displaced roof tiles gave the villas a very shabby and unkempt look. The main hotel being separately located some two hundred yards further up the road and with its own larger pool and dodgy daytime music, too loud! This as the villas, is in a very similar state of repair generally. The whole villa set up could be really very good if only the owners spent some money on maintenance and a lot on refurbishment.
The main beach at Olu Deniz is some several km away by bus / taxi, sand consisting of coarse grit and pebbles.
