    I placed an order for several items over 2 months ago, and although I have received 2 of them - some pillows which moult feathers every day and a mattress protector which is fine, there are still 2 sheets and a super king size duvet outstanding. I keep being told they are expecting a delivery to their warehouse on the 28th of the month (August, September and October have now passed!)but I have still not received my goods. It is very frustrating to have to wait this long, and although I have sent several emails I cannot find a phone number on the website to complain! I feel let down by the duvet and pillow warehouse and wish I had just gone to the high street instead.

    l have just read the review about the awful smell, l have just e.mailed the company about my duvet with the same pungent smell. it is absolutely awful. lam so annoyed and so unhappy about it. because now l have the problem of sending the thing back which l am not looking forward to.

    I have ordered a king size and a single all seasons duvets in duck feather and down on Thursday afternoon. On Friday the order was confirmed and I received the goods on Monday (yesterday). Initially I was uncertain having read a few negative reviews but I 'took the risk'. The duvets appear as described, the buttons match and no bad smells so far. I am very pleased with my purchase, I will certainly use the company again and I strongly recommend it to others based on my experience so far.

    I always find it strange to read the negative reviews for Duvet and Pillow Warehouse. I have placed five orders with them over the last year and have nothing but praise for the company and the quality of the goods. Would recommend to all.

    Almost 3 months, 2 deliveries later and numerous phone calls (all answered quickly) and still not got the correct duvet. Had ordered All Season Luxury microfibre duvet but came with no way of attaching them together. Apparently wrong items sent, but many, many weeks, many many calls and another delivery later (wrong again) we still don't have it and have now been promised a full refund (whether I get it from the reviews on this site I don't know).

    I was charged for my order of over 100 euros and they said my order was dispatched. However i never received it and when i tried to follow up via numerous emails and phone calls i got absolutely useless customer support - very polite, but useless. If you want to purchase items in the hope that you just might receive them then definitely use this store! I am still awaiting a response from the Duvet and Pillow Warehouse on my order - over a month after being charged.

    I wish I'd read the Duvet and Pillow Warehouse reviews here first!! I ordered an all seasons goose feather duvet and two memory foam pillows. Payment went through, confirmation emails sent, delivery the next day...all good so far! First disappointment was the size of the memory foam pillows - about half the size of a pillow!!     Avoid duvet and pillow warehouse at all costs. How I wish I had read some of these reviews before I placed an order. I ordered a mattress topper which arrived quickly but was damaged. Sent photos as evidence but DPW wouldn't give a discount and said I had to return the product. Still waiting for parcel to be collected after 2 failed attempts.     Worst company I have ever dealt with. Placed an odrer in June- finally got the incorrect order TWICE on the 17th July.... My credit card was charged twice £280 in all, basically stolen from my credit card by www.duvetandpillowwarehouse.co.uk.     Avoid Duvet & Pillow Warehouse at all costs! I recently purchased some pillows from them that smelled of mould. Returning the pillows proved very difficult, as D&PW took weeks to dispatch a courier. Worse yet, after returning the pillows, I have yet to receive replacements despite frequent emails to D&PW customer service.

    I returned 4 faulty items total value of £230 to Duvet&Pillow Warehouse 2 months ago and still haven't received my money back. They were Hungarian Goose Down Duvet and Pillows loosing down and feathers every day for 1.5 years. The return and refund were agreed to but never processed. The DPW customer service is polite, but not authorised to do refunds. They never call back, they refuse to give their head office details and now they don't even respond to my emails.

    There was a delay on 1 item (some pillow protectors) that I ordered from duvet and pillow warehouse but after a brief phone call they changed my order, cancelled the delayed items and the next day everything else arrived.
    I am very impressed, not only with the speedy response but ALL the items (especially the Hungarian luxury quilt) arrived in excellent condition and were of a very high standard.

    We ordered two duvets four months ago from the Duvet and Pillow Warehous, at the time we were told some items were out of stock so we asked for them to ship the items that were in stock. Having confirmed receipt of this request they then ignored it. After two months and numerous queeries we were told to expect delivery in 15 days - our order was being given priority!     We ordered 2 Ultimate Hungarian down pillows and a double silk fitted sheet - arrived in 2 days - order and tracking number confirmed - excellent service.
    Well packed - just nothing to fault - I was concerned after reading some of these reviews but can only restate we were very pleased with both the Duvet and Pillow Warehouse service and quality of the products.

    Have placed order with Duvet and Pillow Warehouse via my google checkout account about a week ago, they claim they have no record of the order, but my card has been charged.
    The said they will investgate, but didnt return my call as promised, they refuse to give their head office number who they say deal with all the orders.

    Sort of positive. Ordered an all season quilt from duvet and pillow warehouse and got a 9.0 tog and 4.5 tog quilt sent when promised, but they don't join together. Called customer services who confirmed wrong items sent and have arranged for collection. Advised new date as out of stock again.

    In total I've spoken to this company on the phone 3 times - stock check at first (out of stock but advised dates), chase up to ensure I would get the delivery on time (I did) and then this return.

    Made the order two weeks ago, the status still shows 'pending'. When I chose the items, I made sure the items were in stock. I wanted to cancel part of the order and only deliver the one available, but was told I could not amend the order, as 'order has already been picked in our warehouse and is ready to be despatched'.

    How could the items have been picked up, but my account status is still pending and only 1 out of 4 items ready? I was advised that I could return the items when I receive them ...

    I ordered an all season Luxury Hungarian Down duvet set from Duvet and Pillow Warehouse, which consists of a 9.0 tog and 4.5 tog duvet which can be joined together.Here is where the trouble started. The first set delivered no matter what orientation was tried the buttons on the 9.0 tog would not match the holes in the 4.5 tog. Customer service arranged for a collection and subsequent new delivery.But the second set has exactly the same issue!!!!

    Ordered £400 worth of bedding on 2-3 day delivery option. It eventually took 15 days to arrive, and this was after stressful and inconvenient follow ups with Duvet and Pillow Warehouse and in particular Parcelforce (or 'Parcelfarce' as I am now told they are popularly known.)
