General comments: I ordered a single all season goose feather and down duvet yesterday morning. I chose next day delivery and today waited in all day for the package to be delivered. When no package had arrived this morning I checked my order status on the website for it to come up that it was still in the warehouse. I checked again this afternoon and and the same message appeared. I decided to phone the company only to be told by an operator that the duvet was not in stock though it appeared to be available on the website. I was very upset about this and decided to cancel the order after being told that they wouldn't be in stock for another two or three weeks. Waited in all day for nothing. I've ordered from another company which promises up to ten days delivery. It will cost me £2 more than Duvet and Pillow Company. I think they should keep their website up to date. If an item is not in stock you shouldn't be able to order it. If I hadn't been able to order it then I would have ordered from the second company yesterday morning.

Not sure what the negative reviews are all about? My second order with this company and, like the first, arrived in good time. I spend a fair amount of time on the web (my husband says too much time) doing comparative shopping and I have yet to find anywhere that sells this quality cheaper.

Searched the 'net for a high quality down duvet and came across the website of this company. Made an order out for their top range down duvet and noticed that the standard postage said next day delivery. Before completing the order I came across these reviews, many bad worryingly, so phoned the company to double check their stock. Waiting for a refund since June 19th.
Now 5th August.
I have heard EVERY excuse under the sun.
I have made contact with them 15 times, I don't think their phone lines dial out.
Utter rubbish.

I read the couple of negative reviews of Duvet and Pillow Warehouse here but had strong recommendation from a friend. She and I think this is a great company and she raves about it! I guess all companies sometimes make mistakes but for quality and value you cannot beat them! Highly recommended.

For after sales service this company has turned out to be poor. One of the duvets smelt very strongly of petrol. Requests for collection ignored. Currently on second day waiting for courier to collect item with no request for collection received by courier company!

The first duvet I had delivered from Duvet and Pillow Warehouse leaked its insides all over my carpet everytime I changed it or moved it. I received a new product which upon opening the packaging was covered in a layer of the same fluff. I have not unpacked the replacement product as I don't have a spare 3 hours to hand pick the fluff off the carpet for the 5th time. It has now taken me 4 attempts to get the thing collected and refunded, which has still not happened. Very quick to take my money ...

I found this company really great, not only was their website easy to use but it was matched by high customer service when i called for more information. the goods recieved were fabulous. with a large home to furnish i will be shopping here again!

I have since recommended The Duvet and Pillow Warehouse to my family and friends. In turn they have purchased goods from them and bar one wrong item being delivered, everyone seems to be as chuffed as me. Great Job.

I have now received my duvet and pillows and love them, not only did the customer service team help me pick the right filling for me without advising me just to go for the most expensive ranges but on more than one occasion I feel the customer agents went out of their way to help me.
After looking at other ranges in various stores theirs are by far the best- along with the prices!

Was promised all items by Duvet and Pillow Warehouse before Christmas but waited until middle of January for one of the items. If I had not rang them a couple of times I would have never known the item was out of stock.

I bought a luxury Hungarian duvet and was really surprised by the quality. I know it will last and its worth every penny that I paid for it.
Good service, fast delivery, a company I'd definitely recommend.

I found that my delivery from the Duvet and Pillow Warehouse arrived in good time, when I called to check where my delivery was the person at the end of the phone was very helpful.

I've noticed the bad points about duvet & pillow warehouse and have to disagree. The delivery was made on time with no problems, i was kept up to date and all my queries were answered perfectly when i called up to question the products - highly recommended!

Items worth £150 ordered, 10 days later phone call to chase it up. Wrong item delivered, phone call to arrange collection. 8 day later phone call to ask where replacement is, haven't received returned item, luckily I have tracking number. Phone call again to chase item up, was not posted when they said they would. Item arrives, wrong again, same item as before that I had returned. Another phone call - now out of stock. 3 more phone calls to chase up refund.

I ordered three items and after a week sent an email to find out when I would receive them. A day later I received an email saying goods despatched, however 5 days later no goods, so I emailed again. No reply for two days so I emailed again this time saying I had been in touch with the OFT and again no reply.
I telephoned 15 days after my original order, my order had me "mis-scanned" which meant it had gone missing. The goods were now out of stock - would I like a refund? I did and it took a wee ...

I used duvet and pillow warehouse quite alot and have not found them to be a problem at all.
They have very friendly staff who are able to give me the extra information I needed about the products I wanted to buy.
I will use them again and again.
