Good Points: The fridge looks brill. is easy to clean and the kids love the water dispenser.

Bad Points: The inside plastic coating is starting to crack.

General comments: I have looked at similar reviews and like so many lg customers i am now in the process of waiting on a service man to call and tell me the obvious that there is cracks on the fridge. To my supprise it is the service man that i was waiting on for three weeks to come and fix my washing machine(he never showed). I went and got a new machine). I hope that he calls soon as my one year warranty is up in a few weeks and i might not be covered.

A tech was sent to my home and said it needs a new evaporator, which will take a week to order and 4 hrs. to install. I explained to LG that a 4 hr. Repair is unreasonable for a new refrigerator that has no food in it a ...
