Good Points: Excellent with the double carrycot for carrying twin babies. Narrow enough for virtually all doorways of 74cm (the standard width).
Bad Points: The old model Mountain Buggy Terrain which I have has hammock seats, which aren't really supportive enough for daily use. The idea is that hammock seats are more comfy when riding rough terrain. However, the Mountain Buggy Urban has more supportive seats.
General comments: I have twins, and I was given an old model of the Mountain Buggy Terrain. The seats are 'hammock' style, so they are far too soft for new born babies, as they offer no support. So I bought their double carry cot (£188 Jan 07) to fit on and use as a flat pram - it has been brilliant! The mountain buggy frame is 74cm wide, which has gone through every door I needed to - doctor's surgeries, my front door, pharmacist doors, and the babies have been all snug inside. I'm glad I had the babies lying very flat, as many pushchairs claim to do this - but don't! And the babies face me. The only difficulty I have now is they are 8 months old, have grown out of the pram and I need something else as robust, narrow and with seats able to lie down reasonably flat. I might have to buy a new Mountain Buggy Urban (with more supportive seats) after all...
I can't really comment too much on the price, as I only had to pay out for the carry cot, but that has been worth it, and I've used it for 8 months.
