Good Points: Looks good!
Bad Points: Only had it for one month, already had three call outs, two of those before I even used it! Service received has been very poor.
General comments: I had a Britannia SI-10TC-SLX-S installed by a kitchen company. But before I could use it two of the gas rings had to be looked at as they didn't work, the small oven top stay clean liner was damaged and had to be replaced, now waiting for my two gas wok burners to be replaced as they don't fully work and a gas smell fills the kitchen when used,. My advice is don't buy Britannia at any cost!

Although it is good when it works, repair cost are scandalous. The engineer arrived after a long delay, looked at it, and then said I will have to come back with the parts. He then weeks later arrives with some of the parts and has to come again.
The bill meanwhile is climbing, for a basic and an hourly charge.
I wish I had a different oven.- Read Snottiferous's review (90 words)

Nice hob, looks good. rotisserie is good. Also good temperature control in the ovens. My old trusty SMEG never faltered once, but I was persuaded by friends that Britannia was better after moving house - they were wrong! I would not recommend this product - it is certainly not a premium oven.
As with other review, I've now had three new seals and last time engineer visited (after lengthy delay) all he did was glue it onto the face of the cooker. Needless to say it's now broken again, the cooker ...- Read LouiseClifton's review (109 words)

I have recommended Britannia to friends. I like the rotisserie. It is easy to use, easier than roasting a chicken. My husband uses the Cheftop for frying steaks or lamb steaks. He loves it. Not really any bad points. The hinges of the door of the main oven had to be replaced. I could still use the second oven and Britannia sent an engineer. It was sorted within 10 days or so. Otherwise I haven't had any issues in five years.- Read DANIELF's review (126 words)

This was bought as a "premium" product. It has been very disappointing and I would not buy again. The door seal on the large oven broke away and we had to wait several weeks for another and had to fit that ourselves. At the time of writing we have waited in excess of seven weeks for a repair to one of the gas rings. We have written, faxed and telephoned but there is no sign of the repair being undertaken.
In other reviews people have wondered whether this Company is about to go out of busines ...- Read minstersg's review (128 words)
