    Good Points: The ice is wonderful...great size for everything...


    Bad Points: It breaks down ALL the time...not worth it at all..


    General comments: This is my third KitchenAid KUIC18PNTS KitchenAid Ice Maker. I LOVE the ice it makes....when it works. I have always bought the extended warranty and used it hundreds of times. This will be my last KitchenAid ice machine I buy. I have had nothing but trouble with it after spending 1700.00 for it. I have been without ice more than I have been with ice in the 18 months I have owned this particular machine. The first two were not quite as bad...but overall I had lots and lots and lots of service calls on them.
