Good Points: All 3 functions are incredible.

Bad Points: Very heavy. Kinda loud.

General comments: I'm quite impressed with this Whynter Sno Ice 100s 3 in 1 Portable Ice Maker. Actually calling it a ice maker is not quite accurate. It's an ice maker, ice crusher, water dispenser. It cost slightly more than you typical ice maker but gives you much more value for the dollar.

After the 1st summer at our camper this Whynter Sno Ice 100s 3 in 1 Portable Ice Maker stopped working altogether. We took it to an appliance dealer who has tried to contact the company directly to order the part that was needed to fix the machine. They tried unsuccessfully. My husband has also tried unsuccessfully to get someone to at least call him back. I have never been subjected to such poor customer service in my life.

Ice ready in 10 min according to ads on line, book says every 8 min. After 4 hours I got 1/2 cup of saved ice. I averaged 88 cubes every 4 hours which barely over flowed a 2 cup measuring cup. Ice is less than 1 inch long and hollow. It started melting as soon as it hit the glass, melts extremely fast. Tried to save ice for 4 days for a birthday din ...
