I will never buy tickets from them again.

FRAUD is my name for this sort of business.

    Do they have customer services?
    The answer is NO

I bought two tickets for Tommy Emmanuel concert in Budapest. They did not find tickets for me, but they did refund the money. They answered promptly to my answers.I saw very bad reviews on this site, but it seems they are fair enough. Anyway, I think I wouldn't buy again tickets from this company.

I used Worldticketshop to purchase tickets to Fenerbahce-Galatasaray football match in Istanbul. They were unreliable and misleading and I will never use them again. When speaking to them 1-2 days ahead of the game (when tickets were due to be delivered to my hotel) they assured me that the local agent had my tickets in possession and was in the process of delivering to hotels by hand. Shortly before the game I was informed by email that they couldn't get tickets at all. In addition the company ...

Worldticketshop is advertising tickets for Placido Domingo in Simon Boccenegra at the Royal Opera House (ROH) in the summer of 2010 at £259 and more. I have been told by the ROH, who have not yet put tickets for these performances on sale, not only that they do not allocate tickets to Worldticketshop but also that they have not yet priced them. Their advice, and mine, is to steer clear of this organisation

THIS COMPANY IS REALLY MAKING ME MAD !!! AND UPSET !!!
The Soccer tickets were purchased and cancelled a week prior to the game by a LONG DISTANCE PHONE CALL ( QUEBEC ) and BY way of an EMAIL.
I advised them that I didn't feel comfortable providing my personal INFO
( Passport # with Photo + Credit Card photocopies of back and front ? )
This company has yet to REFUND my credit card, yet they immediately charged my card at the time of Booking. It is over a month and now I have to call my credi ...

I still haven't received tickets for a concert happening tomorrow. WTS are unable to tell me which agency the tickets will be issued from or who will deliver them. Today they told me it will be sorted in the morning and not to worry but another employee told me that it's unlikely I'll be going as they won't arrive in time. They honestly don't seem to know what's going on but they were happy to take my money. AVOID

I ordered and paid for tickets at short notice. They quickly contacted me and apologised that they had been unable to source them. They promptly refunded me. I was happy with the service and the one phone call I made was answered promtly.

It's been a full year since I paid these guys but they still haven't sent me the tickets! I am constantly emailing them and they keep on promising they will deliver but they don't. The tickets were too expensive and I am worried that I might lose my money... also if I couldn't make it to the concert you don't have enough time to make alternative arrangements as they (if at all) deliver them literally at the last minute.

I am now trying to 'threaten' them in order for them to take me seriously ...

I booked tickets for a concert of Pink in the Netherlands, I was on a holiday there. Before ordering them I read all the information in the website of worldticketshop. Of course you can see thay they are brokers, and not an official selling point (very important point).

I was worried about not receiving my tickets and contacted them almost everyday.

I receive my tickets and I was happy with them. My suggestion to all of you, check this website and other more, be sure that you cannot find the ...

I ordered 2 3rd row seats to the concert that is 6 months from now. Those jerks at WorldTicketShop took my money then sent an email confirming my sale and also mentioned the tickets would arrive 2-5 days before the concert and the sale was final and cannot be canceled.
Yea right. Watch my bank reverse the charges. I replied immediately in an email telling them to cancel as I am not waiting 6 months for tickets and that should be made known at the time of purchase, not buried someone in a link o ...

I ordered last minute tickets for a concert. WorldTicketShop told me the same day that they could not deliver the ticket before the concert. When I asked for a refund, they simply told me "NO". The amount is not so big, just 85 EURO, but still it is not what a normal customer expects from an online ticketing shop. Moreover, when I called them, they treated me as an enemy and were rude if I put it politely.

I have oredered in March tickets for a concert in September. From the moment of the order until a few minutes ago (when I have called them) they said they will deliver the tickets 2-5 days prior the event. No news from them (no tickets, no AWB number) so I have called today (3 days prior the concert) to find out what is happening with the tickets. On the phone they said it is not possible to send the tickets at the address indicated in the order and I should give then an alternative address in t ...

We have ordered Category 2 tickets from worldticketshop several times....but this time, they are trying to pass off Category 2 tickets as Category 1. We were in Germany, and ordered Category 1 tickets to the Bayren Munich game. When we got the tickets...they were seated in the SAME section we were in 2 years ago (also purchased through World ticket shop) and those were Category 2 tickets. Now they're refusing to work with us.....stating they are Category 1. I'm having to dispute this with my ...

I have purchased U2 tickets for wembley. Paid 320 EUR for each ( total 3 ) and paid 40 eur extra for Fedex delivery.

At the end, World Ticket Shop were unable to deliver the tickets and i was obliged to pick them up in front of a hotel from a courier after 10 phone calls and 1.5 hrs waiting.

But that was not all. When i got the tickets, i found ot that i paid 320 EUR for tickets worth 50 pounds. And, as they delivered them 1.5 hrs after the doors were opened, i was unable to get a good spot ...

We ordered two tickets for the Eagles concert in Manchester. We paid a little over 500 euros for a face value of nearly 200. The tickets arrived at the last possible moment but when we arrived at the MEN arena we were refused entry as the tickets had been reported as "lost or stolen". We were lucky to buy tickets at the arena (add another 200 euros) or our trip which cost us over 1000 euros (flights + accommodation) would have been for nothing.

We contacted worldticketshop in writing THREE time ...

do not buy tickets from worldticketshop. we ordered tickets for the u2 concert in nice and paid 149 euros each for "category 2 seated". when the tickets arrived we saw that they had a face value of 34.5 euros and were "category 3 free seating". obviously we were not impressed and called world ticket shop who tried to explain away the discrepancy drawing our attention to clause 8e which seems to suggest that they can provide you with random tickets which bear no relationship to those which have b ...

We bought take that tickets in dec from WorldTicketShop for seated premium tickets and paid 423euros. when the tickets arrived 2 days before the event they were normal general admission tickets, face value of £38.30. I contacted the company and they only gave a 20euro refund. I'm disgusted and so upset that i paid 350euros more than i should have.

do not buy tickets from world ticket shop. our tickets were 25 euros and we were charged 134 euros per ticket!! it is my fault for not reading the fine print. make sure you read it because they will not do a thing to make things right. they are devious scalpers! they presented the 134 euros as being the actual ticket price when it is not!!!!! if you are not aware of the actual face value then you may just think it's an expensive concert. tell your friends, families and even strangers not to use ...

I wanted to visit the new Wembley Stadium and the match versus Andorra was round about my birthday. I also wanted to book well in advance for peace of mind. Some hope!

The website is cunning as it didn't evolve into a final print so I reloaded my details only to find later I'd placed 2 orders - beware!

Then I saw WorldTicketShop mentioned on TV and the panic set in. The tickets finally arrived after many emails and calls but it was down to the wire the day before the game and with a hotel book ...
