Good Points: Different categories, quick delivery
General comments: I've both 5 tickets for Teatro alla Scala from the Worldticketsite 6 days to go, after my previous experience which was pretty good I used them again.
Due to the fact that I bought the tickets 2 days before the opera tickets where send directly to my hotel in Milan, the tickets where already there when I checked in ( I advise everyone to contact the hotel when the tickets have been sent)
We had 5 seats next to each other on the floor, row 7, the seats couldn't be better! Compared to other websites the price was reasonable. I recommend to buy tickets from the Worldticketshop.

I don't recommend buying tickets from these guys. I bought 2 tickets for La Boheme at La Scala in Milan, Italy. I bought Category 1 tickets "excellent places with very good view". First of all the tickets were sent so late that they had to be sent to the hotel in Milan but the suprise came when I check what seats we got. We got absolutely rubbish seats on the third floor and on the second row in a box where the view is equal to zero. They sell Catergory 3 ticket "with possible restricted view", ...

One week ago I decided to buy tickets for Madonna's show in London, almost everywhere sold out. I've found Worldticketshop and read their reviews. I must say I was a bit scared.
Therefore I decided to call their clientservice, they were very friendly and helped me with the booking.
This morning I received the tickets, exactly what I've ordered. I will use WTS again, despite the reviews overhere!

I waited 8 months for Premium tickets which were for standing. I received tickets for the very back row from an ebayer who worldticketshop.com obviously call a "broker". I have called and emailed and they are yet to refund me the difference or entertain my complaint.

We ordered two tickets for the Scotland-Italy Euro qualifier at Hampden Park. When we arrived in Glasgow from Canada, no tickets were at the hotel as had been arranged. After many phone calls and emails on the day and night before the game, we received a cellphone call saying the tickets had been delayed and that we would receive a call on game day.

Tickets were ordered for the June 2008 Celine Dion concert in Copenhagen. I've bought 5 tickets from worldticketshop.com for the Champions League Final in Moscow.
Tickets aren't cheap but you don't have any hassle, once I've placed my order the money was taken from my account. I've called just to make sure that everything was ok with my order and the staff are friendly. I've received the tickets one week prior to the match. Official tickets offering good views. After all a reliable experience!

I bought two tickets for Jethro Tull and was ASSURED TWICE these were confirmed. Yet it became increasingly clear they had no tickets, and therefore took my money under false pretenses.
Then after chasing them a week before the event they admitted there were no tickets and blamed "a technical order" whatever that is.

To be honest, I was a little worried about buying a concert ticket online, as I read lots of reviews about scams. WorldTicketShop seemed like the most trustworthy to buy a Cure ticket for Vienna, because among criticism it had some satisfied customers.

I paid 400 euros for 2 concert tickets which I never received. I am still fighting for a refund 7 months later. I don't know if I'll ever get it back as I just keep getting fobbed off.

On the 31.01.07, we purchased two standing tickets from worldticketshop.com for Pearl Jam at Wembley Arena on 18.06.07. At first they would not take the funds as the delivery address was different from the credit card address, this was because my friend purchased the tickets and I paid her for them. They wanted her to send a copy of her passport and credit card, we declined that. Like many others that have been duped I thought these people were getting me reserved tickets. The tickets I received were bought on Ebay the day before I got them and sent to me by the Ebayer at his expense despite Worldticketshop charging me 30 euros delivery! This they have refused to refund. They had my money for 8 months, earned the interest and then bought the tickets last minute at almost face value! I bought 4 tickets for the champions league final in Athens, these were delivered in Athens the day before the game. Although not ideal to receive them at late notice, I must say that we could have no complaint due we were able to contact their courier and he kept us fully updated at all times. I know of other companies that simply do not deliver!
I would buy again knowing that they will deliver, maybe a little late notice but at least we got our tickets!

Two weeks before the game, I ordered a champions league final ticket from Worldticketshop.com for the AC Milan Liverpool Game in Athens (23rd May 2007). The price was 1,495.00 euros plus a 30,00 euro extra fee, so that they would send the ticket by Fedex (reputable courier service) to an address I gave them in Athens.

Web site looks good and claims to offer premium tickets for all events, hence the significantly higher than face value ticket price. I understand that all ticket vendors have a mark up and I expect to pay a high price for premium seating. But I ended up paying more than 4x face value for the cheapest seats in the house!
