    I ordered Grey cardy Uggs in 2008, they took around 4 weeks to arrive. I ordered my usual ugg size but they were too small so i called them up and they arranged a exchange, the new pair arrived a few days later. I have since bought my daughter a the same pair from another site (shudoo) and comparing the boots i am wondering if the ones i bought from Boredofthehighstreet are authentic. The fact that my usual size did not fit did set off some alarm bells, and now comparing the boots with my daughters there are some differences. I would not buy from them again.

    Haphazard website with not enough info to make informed decision, would never risk buying from Bored of the High Street, if managed at all; some entries just takes you to another websites. Not the best online experience.

    Cheapest Dakine High Roller board bag by a long way!!The Bored bag was much cheaper than anywhere else online or on the highstreet and delivery was prompt.When the purchase was made, the site advertised a discounted delivery (something like P+P for 99p) but I was charged full price.
    Correspondence was pretty poor when trying to get a refund on the difference and the initial response was that a refund wouldn't be given as the offer is no longer available and the site needs to be updated!!

    Bag was the cheapest I could find on the net so top marks for that. Delivery was as expected and on time. Would definitely recommend others to use Bored of The High Street.
    Top marks for service and price, can't ask for much more than that.

    I have shopped from other stores in the UK and I was by far the most impressed with Bored of the High Street. The service was speedy, professional, secure and most importantly I got some great deals!

    Quick Shipping to Canada. The Product was high quality and exactly what I wanted.     Bored of The High Street had the best price for the board bag i could find on the net & delivered within a week as promised. Was a bit unsure at first as i'd never heard of the website & it seemed a bit random to have a board bag considering the range of items they sell but have to admit service was good.

    Delivery was prompt - I ordered late evening, the item was despatched the next day and arrived the day after that.Item was very well protected and presented.Emails received to log updates about when my item is at each stage of delivery. Great shopping experience, I'm sure to oder again.CLearnce items can not be returned. I'm happy with my item, but in future I may not order clearance again incase it doesn't fit.

    I ordered a snowboard bag from Bored of The High Street and didn't hear much but when I phoned and explained I was going away snowboarding in 2 days they sent it out immediately and it arrived the next day so I would definitely use them again! It was so much cheaper than everywhere else I looked too but I didn't work out how to take advantage of the 1p delivery sadly.

    Great service and prices.

    Took over a week to arrive from Bored of The High Street. Most websites much quicker than this. Not enough information given. The back pack I ordered had no dimensions when it arrived too small. Tried to return said I can't because sale item. Again not made clear on website. Customer service yet to respond to my comments.

    For a new website very disappointing service. Won't use again. Plenty out there to choose from.

    I don't know if the people leaving negative comments were making thing up or what has happen to the company...... but i can guarantee i had a smooth transaction. The bag a bought was a bargain and arrived exactly when they said it would. I will buy from this company again.Mark C

    Ordered boots from Bored of The High Street on 6th December, took money immeidately. Couldn't get hold of them to query, I sent recorded delivery letter. Went through consumer direct in the end. Got my money back today.

    Came across, Bored of The High Street, website whilst looking for Roxy Boots. Got them for a good price and they were delievered within four days. Can't fault website in anyway.

    The cheapest price for a Dakine Low Roller anywhere.
    My item was £15 cheaper than anywhere else online and it arrived in three days with 1p postage...Great!

    Bought cardy ugg boots for my daughter before Christmas but they were too small. Left an email for returns and they replied on the 5th Jan when they re-opened. I returned the boots on Tues 6th Jan and was called on 8th to be informed that the replacements would be sent that day. The boots arrived on Friday 9th. Excellent service.

    Good, easy website to use, smooth transaction, fast delivery.

    I ordered a Bench fleece on Friday afternoon from Bored of The High Street, and received it Saturday morning! Excellent service, highly recommend.

    I have received great service from bored of the high street. Order took a few days to process and was worried that i would not receive my item on time but it was posted yesterday and arrived today! Contacted staff to enquire about postage times and they were very helpful.

    i found Bored of The High Street just before christmas and had my eye on the cardy uggs, they said that they were having a sale on so i waited and on new years night they went down to around £99 so purchased straight away.     Ordered from Bored of The High Street before christmas, have still not received order yet, can get no answer on phones or emails whenever I've tried, money taken out of my account, worst website i have ever ordered from.

    I bought a Dakine Split roller a few days ago, and if I had read all these reviews I wouldn't of bought it. However arrived in less than 48 hours and was an absolute bargain. Don't be put off.

    Great products, great prices, great delivery.
