    Good Points: Within walking distance of centre, coach to beach


    Bad Points: Very tired hotel which compliments the staff who were miserable. Breakfast was limited with little choice and displayed like a canteen. The holiday coach could not negotiate the steep hill and tight driveway to the hotel so dropped our party including our 79 yr old parents at the bottom of the hill together with their luggage. This happened again when we were collected. The gardens were overgrown and not maintained with thousands of cats roaming about. The beds were probably the worst I have encountered in any hotel I have visited. The pool is small and the hotel is a rabbit warren with lots of stairs. Certainly not a 4 star. The weather was great and eating out a must.


    General comments: I would not return to the Tivoli Lagos Hotel. It is not a 4 star hotel and I am really pleased we booked bread and breakfast only. It really needs some money investing in decor, carpets and some new staff, or providing them with a course on customer service.
