    I ordered eight items as birthday and Christmas presents for family members. The parcel arrived, but three items were missing and a fourth was faulty.

    After three e-mails to them (one of which received no reply at all), they have said and done NOTHING about the fact that they've taken payment for 3 items and not supplied them.

    They told me to return the faulty item for a replacement or refund, but did not supply a return label until after I sent them the third e-mail.
    They had also sent two items I did not order and they did not send a return label for those either, despite wanting them back.
    Any company that expects me to pay out of pocket to rectify their mistakes (especially while they still owe me several items) is, in my opinion, one to avoid.

    They haven't even bothered to let me know if/when they intend to supply the missing items and, with birthdays approaching, I need to know whether to order replacements from elsewhere.

    Terrible customer service.
    I would not buy from this company again, even if their prices were a quarter of those elsewhere.
    Further points to note - the parcel was poorly packed and several items were missing their outer packaging.

    I've given them a one star rating for customer service only because the system won't allow me to give a zero.

    I ordered some Cube World games from them via their Amazon paid extra for expedited delivery. Items never arrived and none of my emails received an answer. They claimed one item was out of stock and their supplier doesn't do part shipments. All were (and still are) showing as in stock.     I ordered two cosy-feet microwavable foot warmers from the Gadgetshop. When the product was finally 'delivered', it was left outside my house! even though there had been someone in all day. A family member discovered the parcel outside in the evening, very lucky it didn't go missing!The presentation of the product itself was extremely poor.     I ordered an item off Gadget Shop www.gadgetshop.com after the 2PM cut off for that days posting, and low and behold it arrived with me the very next day......now how's that for service!!!!I found the site really easy to use and great value for money. 10/10........Highly recommended!!!!!
