    Bad Points: It has long range products so we get confused some times


    General comments: Have been a Great Universal customer for 4 years, fast delivery normally within 3 days, great prices, good quality, good website, customer service good, never had a problem, better still brilliant commission scheme

    I really appreciate this site.

    I have been trying to get cash back from www.greatuniversal.com going back 4 years. I haven't received any reply to my letters yet. when I've phoned they agree that I've not been in arrears. I've been with them 15 years and had nothing but excellent service until recently. they do acknowledge they've had problems but seem to offer me no help.

    When in contact with Great Universal, I have found the staff very knowledgeable and friendly.
