“second hand goods and rude staff”

Before christmas I bought a Cupcake kitchen for our twin grand daughters, wrapped it up for christmas and gave it to them on xmas day. However when the grand children opened up the box, the kitchen was second hand and somebody had previously put the kitchen together, then dismantled it. I could not take the kitchen back from the children on christmas day, so I put the kitchen together for them. “Useless Companies together Toys R Us AND DPD ”

This company Toys R Us have ignored completely all complaints made to them. By ignored I mean that they have not even acknowledged receipt of a complaint despite definitely having received them. The company they employed to deliver the toy is called DPD. This company delivered the toy on the one day they had agreed NOT to deliver it. “Extremely rude staff at Toys r Us brent cross”

My brother bought a Phil and Ted Vibe from Toys r Us in Brent Cross. There was a problem with the pushchair, it was not manevering easily. So they took it back for a refund. They have absolutely refused to give a refund and tried to blame their son for breaking it!!! Sale manager actually called him too (read more)

Customer service terrible felt like i was being interrogated by a very angry person at customer service (branch at ILford - must be the worst i have ever experienced) will never go back there or recommend to others. Stay clear of the customer service manager as. So rude despite my politeness. (read more)

Be very wary about buying a bike from here. I bought a junior bike for my 10 yr old son and neither him nor a 14 yr old can use all of the gears. In addition the rear brake doent work and the chain keeps falling off. Toys r us say there is no fault and will not help me out at all. I cannot sell it because it doesnt work properly and I am concerned for my sons safety. Asda Halfords, Costco would have just allowed me to swap it but Toys r us refuse to help at all (read more)

I often browse the onine store and head to my local store but I saw a fantastic offer (not often with toys r us as I usually see things at a similar price elsewhere). I ordered, received my confirmation email then a despatch email with a delivery date. Unfortunately the goods didn't arrive until 3 days after the said date. Links to the site don't seem to work either so it's hard to show family via email. Other than that a good experience. (read more)

Toys R Us operates a really good web service. The range of items is extensive and prices are competitive.

The web site says if an item is out of stock, the shopping basket works well with special offers showing up as they should. The delivery options are clear and free for a high spend.

I placed a large order for Christmas presents on Monday evening, all confirmed as expected, emailed on Tuesday to say all items shipping, all the parcels arrived via DHL before 10.00 am today... (read more)
