    I recently bought a white gold curb bracelet from the Jewellery Catalogue. It arrived very quickly by Special Delivery, but I wanted to change it, so I emailed customer services, who replied to me immediately. The new item arrived within two days from ordering it, and my credit card was refunded the same day that Jewellery Catalogue received the original bracelet back.
